also eat certain foods because they make us feel good and remind us of happy memories Wansink calls this kind of food comfort food For some people ice cream is a comfort food For others a bowl of firm decision B Don t blame others C This does not mean you are being selfish or you are being self centered D You should know how to deal with it 3 E You can always deal with it positively F This can
