As far as I am concerned, there are 3 things to be considered.First of all, we should take employees opinions into consideration. The main purpose of setting up a staff canteen is to provide daily meals for employees. So we need to consider their opinions and respect their interests. such as TV, the shape of the table, and the color of the wall so as to create a comfortable place for them to relax while eating.In addition, cost to the company should be another important point. The company can make a financial budget to evaluate all the possible expenditures on the project. Make sure setting up the canteen is feasible as well as beneficial to employees.Furthermore, we should not ignore food safety. A new product may easily build up its image and brand awareness in consumers mind by impressive advertising design or logo. Furthermore, we should not ignore price. It seems that lower prices always have a strong appeal to some consumers. Many international clients prefer to talk business in their native language, that makes foreign language especially important.In addition, knowledge of cultural differences should be another important point. A lot of mistakes are made due to unknown or misunderstanding about the differences in cultures. So wed better to take some time to comprehend the cultural differences and respond appropriately.Furthermore, we should not ignore business etiquette. Fine business etiquette helps in making a good impression on our potential foreign clients. As far as I am concerned, there are 3 things to be considered.First of all, we should take types of activities into consideration. we need to consider the clients age, educational and cultural backgrounds and do some research about our clients characters and hobbies.In addition, cost should be another important point. It depends on the size of the deal. If the company is expecting to make big gain out of a specific client, it should at least put in proportional investment to entertain its clients. You should make them feel being welcomed.Furthermore, we should not ignore the timing for bringing up the subject of business. Because inopportune mentioning of the matter of business may discourage their interest in the business you intend to do and even ruin a fine business opportunity.
