1 第四章第四章 飞机结构修理要求飞机结构修理要求 STRUCTURAL REPAIR REQUIREMENTS 一 一 Classifications of Repairs修理等级修理等级 1 There are two classifications of repairs in this SRM 在SRM中修理分为两个等级 1 Repairs that have been evaluated and analyzed for damage tolerance capability and are classified as Category A B or C repairs 已经过损伤容限评估的修理分为A B C类 2 Repairs that have not been evaluated and analyzed for damage tolerance capability and are classified as Permanent Interim or Time Limited Repairs 未经过损伤容限评估的修理分为永久 临时或限时修理 2 The definitions of the different categories of damage tolerant repairs are as follows 1 Category A Repair A permanent repair for which the inspections given in the Baseline Zonal Inspection BZI are sufficient and no other actions are necessary A类修理 BZI检查充分并且不必进行其它步骤的永久性修理 2 Category B Repair A permanent repair for which supplemental inspections are necessary at the specified threshold and repeat intervals 2 B类修理 在特定容限和重复周期中需要额外检查而进行的永久 性修理 3 Category C Repair A time limited repair which must be replaced or reworked within a specified time limit Also supplemental inspections can be necessary at a specified threshold and repeat interval C类修理 在指定时间内必须更换或进行的限时修理 在特定容 限和重复周期中也需要额外检查 3 The definitions of the different types of repairs that have not been evaluated and analyzed for damage tolerance are as follows 未经过损伤容限评估的修理的定义如下 1 Permanent Repair A repair where no action is necessary except the operator s normal maintenance 永久性修理 除了常规维修以外不需其他步骤的修理 2 Interim Repair A repair that has the necessary structural strength and could stay on the airplane indefinitely The repair must be inspected at specified intervals and replaced if deterioration is detected or damage is found 临时修理 该修理能达到必要的结构强度 但失效时间不确定 必须在指定的周期内检查并且在发生结构退化和损伤时予以更换 3 Time Limited Repair A repair that has the necessary structural 3 strength but does not have sufficient durability This repair must be replaced after a specified time usually given as a number of flight cycles flight hours or a calendar time 限时修理 该修理能达到必要的结构强度但没有足够的耐久力 必须在指定的时间 飞行次数 飞行小时或者公历日 后予以更 换 4 Process Diagram of Classifications of Repairs修理等级划分步骤 Process Diagram 修理等级划分图表修理等级划分图表 Figure 4 1 二 二 Aerodynamic Smoothness Requirements气动光滑要求气动光滑要求 1 The 737 airplane requires an aerodynamically clean shape and smooth exterior for high performance Unrepaired damage unfilled dents or repairs which change the shape or roughen the surface will be reflected in reduced performance Every effort should be made to maintain original 4 contour and exterior surface smoothness Exterior surface aerodynamic smoothness is classified in two categories critical and noncritical See Table I Critical And Noncritical Areas and See Figure 4 2 Aerodynamic Smoothness Critical Areas 为满足其高性能 737飞机必须有洁净光滑的气动外形 任何改变飞 机外形或使其表面变粗糙的未经修理的损伤 未填补的凹坑都会导 致飞机性能的下降 在修理中 应最大限度地保持飞机原始轮廓和 外表面光滑度 2 飞机外表面按气动光滑要求可分为关键区域和非关键区域两类 请参照Table I 气动光滑关键和非关键区域 和Figure 4 2 气动光 滑关键区域 Fuselage nose to the frame at fuselage station 663 75 Wing upper and lower surfaces from leading edge to rear spar centerline and aileron areas Nacelle and pylon areas Vertical stabilizer right and left surfaces from leading edge to centerline of rear spar and rudder Critical Areas Horizontal stabilizer upper and lower surfaces from leading edge to centerline of rear spar and elevator Noncritical Areas All other exterior surfaces of the airplane are considered as noncritical 5 Critical And Noncritical Areas 气动光滑关键和非关键区域气动光滑关键和非关键区域 Table I Aerodynamic Smoothness Critical Areas 气动光滑关键区域 Figure 4 2 三 三 Symmetry And Incidence Check对称性和安装角检查对称性和安装角检查 1 The symmetry and Incidence check is a procedure that compares differences in measurements made on each side of the airplane This check procedure will aid in evaluating structural deformations that may have occurred on the airplane 对称性和安装角检查是比较飞机两边的相应测量数据 目的是评 6 估可能已经发生的结构变形 2 Symmetry and incidence checks should be made if structural deformation is suspected after hard landings severe flight maneuvers unsatisfactory in flight operation or after repairs to major structural components 在下列情况下应进行对称性和安装角检查 重着陆后怀疑发生结 构变形 剧烈地飞行机动 不正确地飞行操纵或者飞机主要结构 部件修理之后 3 A symmetry check compares a series of symmetrical measurements taken on the airplane Each measurement is taken between two selected points on the left side of the airplane and compared to a measurement that is opposite on the right side of the airplane 对称性检查对比飞机左右两边选定点的一系列的测量数值 4 An incidence check compares angles of incidence at corresponding locations on the left and right side of the airplane wing and horizo
