description s format as well as the procedure for preparation review approval and issuance 2 范围 Scope 本 SOP 适用于公司各岗位工作说明的编写 This SOP applies to the preparation of job description 3 责任 Responsibility 3 1人力资源部负责控制有关工作说明的整个过程 包括编写 整理 汇总及发布 It is the responsibility of HR Department for controlling the whole process of work including writing collection summary and issuance 3 2各岗位上级主管人员负责工作说明的起草 修订 并负责审核 It is the responsibility of the person in charge of the position for preparation and revision as well as the review 3 3所有员工有责任根据工作说明的要求完成本职工作 It is the responsibility of all employees for executing their works according to Job Description 4 定义 Definition 4 1工作说明 描述了岗位设置的目的 重要性 职位资质以及其他有关该职位信息 包括了 该岗位对学历 技术能力和工作经验的要求 劳动工具和设备的知识以及与其他岗位的联 系之处 Job Description It is a written document that describes the purpose importance position 编号 CodeQHR 101 01 工作说明程序 Procedure for Job Description 页码 Page2 of 5 qualification as well as the other information relating to this position It also includes the requirement on the education technical skill as well as the work experience knowledge on the labour tools and equipment as well as the linkage with other positions 4 2职位 指岗位名称 Position It is the name of position 4 3部门 指这个职位所在的具体部门 Department It is the department of the position allocated 4 4姓名 指现在这个部门 这个职位的具体某个员工 即接受该工作说明的员工 Name It is the specific employee that works on the position in this department That is the employee accepting this Job Description 4 5替代人 指可替代该岗位员工处理相关事宜的人 Replacement It is the person who can replace this person to handle the relevant works in this position 4 6直接上级 指该职位的直接上级主管 此处只写至职位 Report to It is the direct leader of this position It could only list the name of position 4 7直接下级 指该职位的直接下级员工 如没有 则为无 此处亦可写至职位 Responsible for It is the direct subordinate of this position It could be None if there is no subordinate It could only list the name of position 4 8起草 指本工作说明的起草人 原则上应由各岗位的上级主管起草 此处为亲笔签名 Prepared by It is the person who prepares the Job Description In principle the direct leader of this position should prepare the Job Description There should be signature on this item 4 9审核 指部门经理或上级主管对本工作说明的审核 此处需有亲笔签名 Reviewed by It is the department manager or the superior for the review of the Job Description There should be the signature on this item 4 10批准 工作说明的最终批准者 批准时需有亲笔签名确认 在扬州麦拓卡夫特 工作说明 的批准者为公司总经理 总经理的工作说明由麦拓卡夫特有限公司首席运营官批准 Authorized It is the person whom finally approves the Job Description And here need his her signature In Metallkraft Yangzhou the job description should be authorized by General Manager The job description for General Manager should be authorized by COO Metallkraft AS 4 11制订 修改日期 此处应标明该工作说明的初次制订日期或最后修改日期 Date of Prep Rev The first time of preparation and the last time of revision should be indicated here 4 12授权人签字 日期 新员领取工作说明时 由部门经理或上级主管在此签字 Signature of Authorizer Date The department manager or superior signs the name here when new employee receives the Job Description 4 13接受人签字 日期 该岗位的员工在此签字 确认收到此文件 并完全接受该工作说明 编号 CodeQHR 101 01 工作说明程序 Procedure for Job Description 页码 Page3 of 5 Signature of Receiver Date Employee on this position signs the name here for the confirmation of this document and receives the Job Description 4 14岗位目标 指这个岗位最终所要完成的任务或要达到的目的 Purpose of Position It is the task of target that should be achieved by the position finally 4 15主要职责 指该岗位应承担的责任和相关任务 Key duties It is the responsibility of this position and relevant tasks 4 16人员要求 指对上述岗位人员的基本要求和应具备的资历 Personnel Qualification It is the basic requirement for this position as well as the qualification required 4 16 1 教育程度 指接受系统专业学习程度 如 本科 大专 等或其他相关学历 也可对相应 专业进行要求 Education It is the level of systematic professional education such as the university and college etc or other relevant education It could also list the requirement on the subject 4 16 2 资历 指该职位所具备的学识和工作经验 这与实际工作的年限及经验都有着密切的关系 特殊岗位也需要明确指出 Qualification It is the knowledge and experience required by this position It is also relevant to the year of practical work as well as the experience It could also indicated for the requirement on major 4 16 3 技能 指该职位对工作综合素质的要求 包括承担性的工作 电脑 语言 培训等的要求 Skills It is a requirement on the capability including the work computer language and training etc 4 16 4 其他 指除了上述的要求以外 为了更好地达到预定的岗位目标 而需要的相关要求 如 懂财务知识 沟通能力等等 Others Except for the requirement of above it lists the relevant requirement necessary in order to better achieve the target of position such as the knowledge of fianc and communication capabilities etc 5 程序 Procedure 5 1编写 Preparation 5 1 1人力资源部将对公司组织架构进行分析 再与各部门经理讨论各部门的职责 部门职责确 定后 部门经理则安排人员按写作说明起草本部门不同岗位的工作说明 HR Department should analyse the company organization chart and discuss the department responsibility with the department managers After the confirmation of department responsibilities the department manager should arrange employees to prepare the Job Description for different positions 5 1 2工作说明的起草需由部门经理审核 部门经理在审核过程中就本部门不同岗位的工作说明 中所出现的不同问题进行修改 如有必要 也可申请其他部门经理一同探讨 编号 CodeQHR 101 01 工作说明程序 Procedure for Job Description 页码 Page4 of 5 The department manager should check the prepared of Job Description and review the Job Description of different positions for the relevant issues If necessary they could also call for other department managers for the discussion 5 1 3部门审阅完毕的工作说明交至人力资源部 并由总经理批准后进入实施阶段 The Job Description should be submitted to HR Department after checked by department manager And General Manager should approve it and then Job Description can be implemented 5 1 4定稿后的工作说明原件由人力资源部汇总并留存 同时适用部门亦会留存本部门的工作说 明复印件 HR Department should archive the origin of finished Job Description and the related department should save the copy too 5 2贯彻与实施 Implementation 5 2 1新员工入职前 部门经理需准备好该员工的工作说明 并负责在入职后与该员工签署工作 说明 The department manager should prepare for Job Description for new employee and be responsible for the signing of Job Description with the new employee after finishing the entry procedure 5 2 2签署过的工作说明由人力资源部及员工各留存一份 HR Department should keep one copy of signed Job Description and the employee will also keep one copy 5 2 3员工应按工作说明的要求完成自己的本职工作 部门经理也有责任按工作说明的要求检查 本部门员工的工作完成情况 The employee should finish their job according to the Job Description and department manager has the responsibility to check their work 5 3修订 Revision 5 3 1工作说明的有效期为 2 年 其修订可分为不定期及定期维护两种情况 The Job Description is valid for 2 years Its revision could be maintained by regularly and irregularly 5 3 2不定期维护 有效期内 作为工作说明的实际使用者 员工及部门经理都可根据其在使用 过程中特点及要求的改变而随时向人力资源部提出更改要求 填写 工作说明修订 取消申 请表 Irregular maintenance During the period of validity the actual user of job description employee and department manager could make application to HR Department for the update according to the practical situation as well as the requirement from time to time The Request for Review Cancellation of Job Description should be filled in 5 3 3定期维护 有效期内没有修订的工作说明 到期时由人力资源部组织对其进行定期修订 无需再申请 Regular maintenance HR Department shall revise the Job Description when it comes to expire if there is no request for revision within the expiry date It is not necessary to make application 编号 CodeQHR 101 01 工作说明程序 Procedure for Job Description 页码 Page5 of 5 5 3 4修订由人力资源部负责组织 也需经过讨论 签字确认程序及总经理批准的过程 HR Department should organize the revision The revision also needs to go through the procedure such as the discussion signature for confirmation as well as the approval from the General Manager 5 3 5作废的工作说明由人力资源部留存备案 并及时通知拥有部门销毁 HR Department should keep the obsolete Job Description and inform the related department to destroy the copy on their hands 5 3 6新工作说明生效后 部门经理需从员工处将已作废的工作说明收回后销毁 并重新签署新 的工作说明 After new Job Description goes into effect the department manager should take back the obsolete Job Description from the employees and sign the new Job Description 5 4取消 Cancellation 5 4 1当现有的工作岗位取消后 则该岗位的工作说明亦同时取消 相关部门需填写 工作说明 修订 取消申请表 由人力资源部批准 When the existing position comes to cancellation the Job Description should also be cancelled The relevant departments should fill in Request for Revision Cancellation of Job Description and submit it to HR for approval 5 4 2取消的工作说明由人力资源部留存备案 并及时通知拥有部门销毁 The cancelled Job Description should be saved by HR Department and the notice for destroy should be sent to the department possesses the document 6 HSE 注意事项注意事项 HSE Notice 无 None 7 记录清单记
