JS100 型双轴搅拌机 JS100 Model Dual Spindle Mixer 使用说明书 Operation Instruction 江苏国能环保设备有限公司 Jiangsu Guoneng Environment Protection Equipment Co Ltd 一 前言 1 Foreword 本系列产品主要用于火电厂等部门的灰库灰斗下部作喷水湿式搅拌及输送粉 状物料用 该产品用二根螺旋叶片轴对粉状物料进行均匀搅拌及输送 湿度可 由手动调节阀控制 达到适合输送的要求 该系列产品也适用于化工 矿山等 部门含固体颗粒物料的加湿搅拌和输送 The series products are mainly user for wet type spraying mixing and conveying powder materials at the bottom of dust bunker and dust hopper in thermal power plant etc The product applies two spiral blade spindles to blend and convey powder materials uniformly The degree of wetness may be controlled by manual adjustable valve to meet the applicable requirement for conveying The series products also are applied to humidifying mixing and conveying of solid particulate materials in chemical industry and parameters two rigid mixing spindles rotate in reverse to carry out mixing and spiral conveying to uniform humidified fly ashes 3 2 结构特点 3 2 Structure features 系统密封性好 无飞灰外扬 并在进料口设置挡灰板 防止水雾反串 The sealing performance of system is good without any fly ash falling out and a baffle plate is fitted at inlet to prevent water mist 减速机采用摆线针轮减速机 结构紧凑 占地面积小 传动平稳 噪音低 Reducer adopts cycloid pin wheel reducer with compact structure small covering area steady driving low noise 搅拌均匀 搅拌叶片呈扇形 搅拌时与介质接触面积大 Uniform mixing mixing blades are sectorial large contact area with medium 喷嘴多排设置 水量均匀并可调节 Nozzles are placed in multi rows volume of water is uniform and adjustable 剩灰率低 箱体底部的分水岭的设置确保设备内无死角 Residual rate is lower water parting line at the bottom of tank is to ensure no dead corner in the equipment 叶片耐磨性好 操作维修方便 运行可靠 The wear resistance of blades is good with convenient operation and maintenance reliable operating 四 安装 使用与保养 4 Installation usage and maintenance 4 1 安装地脚见地脚图 4 1 See foundation drawing when installing 安装时各地脚铁板应在同一平面上 同时使出料端比进料端低 0 5 各地脚 铁板找正紧固后与设备底座框架周边焊接固定 焊角高度不小于 10mm Each foundation iron plate shall be in the same level when installing and the outlet port shall be 0 5 lower than inlet port Fix it with equipment base frame by welding after each foundation iron plate is in place and fixed the height of weld leg shall be not less than 10mm 4 2 安装结束后再全面检查一下紧固件 检查无问题后启动开车检查 再进行 空车试运行 1 3 小时 待一切正常后方可进行投料使用 并仔细观察一段时间 看是否有冲击 异常振动 噪音及漏油等异常情况 4 2 Check the fasteners completely after finishing installing Enable startup inspection after there is no problem then carry out empty vehicle trial run for 1 3 hour after everything is in good order carry out feeding and carefully observe for a period of time whether there is abnormal condition such as impact abnormal vibration noise and oil leakage or not 4 3 使用双轴搅拌机应注意各机构的开关顺序 以保证设备的正常运转和理想 的搅拌效果 4 3 Pay attention to the sequences of switches of each mechanism when using dual spindle mixer to ensure normal operation and perfect mixing effect of equipment a 双轴搅拌机启动 30 秒后开启电动锁气器及给水阀 搅拌机不开机 电动锁 气器禁止工作 a Start electrical air lock and feed valve after dual spindle mixer starts 30 seconds if the mixer does not start the electrical air lock stops working b 当关机时 先关电动锁气器 再关给水阀 待物料输送完毕后 再切断搅拌 机的电源 电动锁气器不关断 则搅拌机电源不能切断 b When shutting down the machine close down electrical air lock at first then close feed valve cut off the power of mixer after finishing conveying materials do not cut off the power of mixer until close down the electrical air lock 4 4 喷水系统压力尽量保持无多大波动 以保证喷水量的均匀 保持湿度一致 刚开始使用时 应仔细调节手动球阀 待湿度调正适合后卸下手柄 以后开机 使用时仅启闭总给水阀即可 4 4 Water spraying system pressure shall keep constant as much as possible to ensure the uniformity of water spraying and to keep consistent humidity It shall adjust manual ball valve carefully when using at first time remove handle after the humidity is suitable therefore when using the machine next time it is only to open and close the feed valve 4 5 在使用过程中如发现异常情况或轴承处过热 油温过高 100 等应立 即停机检查 填料函处如有灰 水漏出应适当调节压盖螺栓 以灰 水不漏为 止 不可调节过紧以免增加额外负荷和加剧轴径磨损 4 5 If any abnormal condition or bearing overheating oil temperature too high 100 is found during usage it shall stop to check at once If dust or water leaks at stuffing box it shall adjust the gland bolt properly until no dust or water leaks do not adjust too tight so as not to add extra load and to intensify the abrasion of spindle diameter 5 6 每班使用结束后应彻底清洗箱体内及叶片上的残灰 以免残灰干结后降低 搅拌效果 5 6 Each shift shall clean the internal part of tank and residual dust on blades after finish using so as not to reduce the mixing effect due to dry and hard residual dust 五 使用注意事项与维护 5 Usage notice and maintenance 5 1 双轴搅拌机第一次使用时 当运转 150 300 小时后应更换减速机润滑油 40 机械油 以后每工作 1200 3000 小时应更换一次润滑油 同时更换轴 承润滑脂 3 锂基脂 5 1 When using dual spindle mixer at first time after 150 300 hours operation it shall replace the lubricating oil of reducer 40 machine oil so next time it shall replace the lubricating oil once per 1200 3000 hours operation as well as replace the bearing grease 3 lithium based grease 5 2 定期检查链条张紧情况和搅拌叶片的磨损情况 5 2 Check the tension condition of chains and the worn condition of mixing blades 5 3
