(Windows XP is highly recommended)n Litepoint IQ201X application runtime.1.3 Installation1. Install MatLab/IQ201x Application/IQ201x Diagnostics runtime.2. Install USB driver of mobile phone1.4 Test Environment SetupPlease setup test connection environment according to the follow picture: Figure 1-1 Architecture of the test environment2 Quick Start2.1 Main User InterfaceTo execute Connectivity Test, double click directly.Figure 2-1 Main UIThe major elements of UI are described as follows: l 1. Statistics information such as pass rate, test time2.2 Quick OperationStep by stepStep 1 Setup the test environment according to Figure 1-1Step 2 Click Connectivity Test to execute application.Step 3 Click Settings Setup menu to configure the settings.Figure 2-2 Setup UIl Select USB port l Select Calibration Model Check WIFI TX Calibration, Read SN, Final Test (802.11b/g/n) test items.l Clock OK button to close.Figure 2-3 Setup OKStep 4 Click Start button to start testing.Figure 2-4 WorkingStep 5 PASSFigure 2-5 PASSTest states are listed as below:l Indicates instrument initialization fails. Check the hardware connection environment and instrument configuration.l Indicates the environment initialization is done. Press Start button to start testing.l Indicates DUT is under testing.l Indicates test result is pass.l Indicates test result fails.-End3 Operation Guide3.1 SettingsClick Settings Setup to display setup UI as shown as Figure 3-1: Figure 3-1 Setup UIl 1. Communication Portn Port: Select UART/USB port n Calibration Mode: DUT is under Calibration Moden Normal Mode: DUT is under Normal Moden AP boot time: ONLY available while calibration mode. Unit: msIt indicates the time to sleep until WIFI is ready while DUT is under calibration mode.Normal Mode: UART is only available under Normal Mode.l 2. Instrumentn Power Supply: Configure the GPIB remote setting of Power Supply.n Equipment: Configure the remote control settings of RF measurement instrument.n Loss: RF cable loss l 3. Commonn Read SN: Read serial number from DUT.n Loop Test: Specifies the loop test count and start to loop test.n Reset Statistics: Clear the statistics (Clear) Loop Test: If user aborts once test by pressing “STOP” button, loop test will be disabled automatically.l 4. WIFIn TX Calibration: Enable TX calibration.n Read MAC Addr.: Read WIFI MAC address from DUT.n Final Test (802.11x): Enable WIFI final test of 802.11b/802.11g/802.11n(20MHz) You could configure the test items by press Edit / MoveUp / MoveDn / Add / Del buttons: Modify the configuration of current test item. : Adjust current test item sequence: Adjust current test item sequence: Add a new test item.: Delete the current test item.1. You could edit the test item by double-click it.2. Level: Specifies the reference level to setup by instrumentTX OFF disable while failure: While failure happens, keep DUT continue to transmit WIFI signal.TROUTII WIFI CALIBRATIONCalibrate Channels = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13; DAC scale value should be 1 - 0x3FFDefault DAC scales =0x230DAC scale Step =0x10 ; EVM or PWRCalibration Algorithm = PWRCalibrate Channels: Specifies the channels to calibrate.Default DAC scales: Specifies the initial DAC value to do calibration.
