1 Unit9 Can you come to my party 说课稿说课稿 Hello my dear judgers nice to meet you here It s my great honor to stand here to share my teaching ideas with you Today I am going to talk about the first period in Section A of Unit 9 Can you come to my party My presentation consists of four parts Analysis of the Teaching Material the Teaching Methods the studying ways and the Teaching Procedure I Analysis of the teaching material i Status and function This unit is aiming at talking about make accept and decline invtiations The materials in talking are mostly from the recent real life and are familiar to students so they are very interested in it A series of questions and a big picture are used to attracts students attention And listening and pair work are also used in this period ii Teaching aims and demands 1 Knowledge Objects In this lesson Ss should master the new words prepare exam another At the same time they should know how to use this sentence Can you come to my paryt and know how to answer it 2 Ability Objects In this lesson I ll mainly train the Ss listening and speaking abilities and develop the Ss abilities of communication by learning the useful structures 3 Moral Objects From this lesson the Ss should learn how to make accept and decline invtiations 4 Teaching keys and difficulties According to the teaching aims I think the focus of this lesson is the new expressions and help the Ss to communicate with each other The difficulty is to help the Ss make conversations freely using the target language 5 Teaching aids A multimedia computer and a blackboard 6Analysis of the students The Ss have learned English for one and a half years they can express their thought and communicate with each other with English well And all the Ss will be interested in the topic about their past experience which is related to their real life It s helpful for our study of this lesson Teaching methods 2 In this topic I will use five step Teaching Method and Task based language Teaching I design some tasks to help the students learn I think if I want to improve the students oral English I should give them enough chances to practice and I will use pair work group work to let the students take an active part in all kinds of activities That is Learning by doing learning by using Let the students be the masters of the class teaching thus student centered teaching method is well shown the studying ways In order to guide the Ss better develop the Ss abilities in this lesson the Ss will learn how to be a good language learner and how to communicate with others It will be very helpful for their learning in the future I think good studying ways can help the Ss to be good language learners So much for the three parts above now I will say the important part teaching procedures Teaching procedures StepStep 1 1 LeadingLeading inin 1 在大屏幕上向学生展示一张邀请函 T Hello everyone Yesterday I received an invitation letter from my dear friend she invited me to go to her Halloween party But I have something important to do I m studying for a test I don t know what to do What should I say Can you help me 2 Ss try to answer the questions Purpose of my designing I think it is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss and at the same time it is necessary to provide situations to review learned knowledge StepStep 2 2 PresentationPresentation 1 引导学生们看大屏幕上邀请及两个答语 Look at the expressions on the screen Sure I d love to I m sorry I have to Read the expressions to the class and the students repeat each one Say can you come to my party Have the S1 give yes answers and S2 give no answers then plus a reason Ask students to give their own reasons If necessary I can give a reason and have the students repeat it 2 用汉语向学生说明回答别人邀请时 所作的两种类型的答复 Game 1 学生看大屏幕上的转盘 根据转盘所停止位置的词组来做邀请与应答的游戏 2 Make a model to the Ss e g S1 Can you go shopping with me S2 Sorry I can t I have to prepare for the math exam 3 3 Ss work in pairs and answer the questions Purpose of my designing ThisThis partpart isis veryvery important important I I thinkthink it is much easier for the Ss to learn if I present the key structures one by one and they can master the structures quickly by doing this StepStep 3 3 Pair workPair work First play the tape recorder Let the Ss listen and imitate the dialogue Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation In this step the Ss are required to practise the Sample in pairs by reading the dialogue aloud This step is employed to make the Ss grasp the Sample At last I ll ask the Ss to think hard and act it out with a partner according to Sample A Then find out which group will act it out well I ll give them red stars Purpose of my designing This step is employed to make the Ss get the general idea of the dialogue as a whole one At the same time let the Ss have a chance to practise their listening and spoken ability Step 4 Listening practice Ask Ss to open their books and turn to Page 65 Look at part 1b Explain the chart and make sure the students understand the chart and what to do Then play the tape for three times For the first time the students only listen to understand the whole general meaning of the conversations For the second time the Ss pay attention to the activity in each conversation and write them For the third time the Ss pay attention to the time that the activities in each conversation are done and write them down Ask some Ss to write their answers on the Bb and check them Purpose of my designing It gives Ss practice in understanding the target language in spoken conversations Step5 Groupwork Ask the Ss to work in groups of six 布置任务 1 Say one of you is student A Student A invites the other three students to your party The other students say yes or no Remember to give a reason 2 Have the students work in groups 3 Let some groups ask and answer about their conversations Purpose of my designing This activity provides the Ss a chance to use English freely They can say the conversation according to their thought using the target language Of course at the same time it trains the Ss speaking ability Also it guides the Ss to study English by communication Another I change the parts order of the text book because this part can be delayed to the end of the class After class they can continue to talk about it Task based teaching method is used here to develop Ss ability
