Unit9 I like music that I can dance to. (Period 1)教学设计一、教材分析:本单元主要通过谈论自己喜欢的音乐及音乐家这个话题来学习含有定语从句的复合句。SectionA第一课时第一模块围绕themusicthat这一话题展开思维(1a),听力(1b),口语(1c)训练。从结构内容上说,定语从句是初中阶段必需了解的一种句法结构。本单元将通过一系列的练习(句型结构练习、听力练习、精读写作练习、自我检测、泛读练习)来达到学习目的,完成学习任务。本课时所进行的是基本的句型结构和部分听力练习,是整个单元学习的双基基本和基础。二、教学目标教学目标Language goals 语言目标Words and expressionsprefer,lyric,dance to, remind of ,sing along with Key sentences重点句子What kind of music do you like?I like music that I can dance to.I like music that has great lyrics.I like music that I can sing along with.I like music that isnt too loud.Ability goals 能力目标Enable the Ss to talk about different kinds of music and their own preferences.Emotion and attitude goals 情感和态度目标Enable the Ss to enjoy kinds of music.Strategy goals策略目标能根据篇章的主旨大意找出相关的细节信息。Culture awareness goals 文化意识目标了解各种音乐形式和电影类型,感悟和分享音乐和电影带来的情感体验。过程与方法看图说话,采用情景教学、小组对话以及听力训练的方法进行教学情感态度与价值观让学生学会用定语从句谈论自己所喜爱或偏好的艺术,学习表达自己的爱好。Teaching important points 教学重点Enable the Ss to talk about different kinds of music and their own preferences三、教学方法这一节课我分为两个部分:第一部分引入定语从句的学习;第二部分围绕I like music that I can dance to.这一话题展开思维(1a)、听力(1b)、 口语 (1c) 进行授课。采用情景教学、看图说话、小组对话以及听力训练的方法进行教学。四、学情分析我校学生来自农村,知识面狭窄,基础薄弱,部分学生对英语学习失去了信心,还有些学生没有良好的自主学习习惯,语言表达能力不强,特别是用英语表达对他们来说确实有困难。但经过两年的英语学习,部分学生已有一定的英语自学能力,可利用这部分学生当“领头兵” ,在新课传授时起到“示范”及“引领”作用。当然,个别学生可能反应不积极,这有待于老师的进一步引导、鼓励。 五、教学过程Step1Lead-in(10minutes) 1. T: That is to say you like clothes that are beautiful/soft/comfortable.板书: I like clothes that are beautiful/soft/comfortable.播放音乐: 播放Lady gaga 的Poker face引出noisy/loud纯音乐琵琶语,引出gentle 流行音乐江南style引出energy/dance to 李慧珍天蓝并让学生跟着哼。引出sing along with. 周杰伦青花瓷,让学生评价其歌词引出Great lyrics, T: Whatkindofmusicdoyoulike? Ss: I like gentle/energy/noisy/loud music. T: Unite the two sentences into one sentence like the bellowing:“I like clothes that are beautiful/soft/comfortable.” Ss: I Likemusic that is gentle/energy/noisy/loud. 板书:I Likemusic that is gentle/energy/noisy/loud.(强调that做从句主语,形容词后不再加music,否则与先行词会重复) I like music that (有美妙歌词) I like music that (我可以跟着唱) I like music that (我可以合着跳舞)Step2PresentationandPair work(10minutes)1.
