But when they explained the kings situation to him ,he said ,Although I have a lot of power, it doesn t make me happy. Im always worried about losing my power. Many people are trying to take my position. ”Then ,the kings banker came to the palace.“Oh ,Im afraid Im not happy either,”he said .”I have a lot of wealth ,but Im always worried about losing my money. Someone tries to steal my money every day.”Next ,the palace singer came to the kings room. But this was what he said ,“Its true that Im famous and everyone loves my songs .But Im not happy because Im always worried about being followed by others. Writing practice.3教学设计说明学习者分 析这节课是Section A部分的第二节课，学生有前半部分的语言知识做支撑，对于大部分学生来说能很自然流畅地跟随老师完成这节课的内容。教学方法设计这节课的设计体现了任务型教学的设计理念，由学生的实际入手，导入新课，引导学生逐步了解文本，分析文本，实现了语言的交际功能，完成了学习任务。管理策略设计通过Free talk和Brainstorm这两项有趣的活动，把学生的注意力深深地吸引到课堂上来，在后面的结对子训练中根据学生的实际英语水平给他们难度适中的问题来回答，以此提高学生参与活动的热情和对英语一如既往的兴趣。媒体设计以幻灯片课件为主要载体的多媒体教学手段在课堂上发挥了极大的作用，使阅读课堂不再单调枯燥无趣,能最大限度的使英语课堂变得高效。 教学效果评价 一：教师自我教学效果评价本人自参加工作以来，一直忠诚党的教育事业，积极要求进步，在教学工作中积极要求进步，严于律已，积极探索教育教学规律，并在多年的教学工作中，探索出一系列行之有效的教学方法，创造优异的成绩，并在多年的教学成绩中受到多次奖励。在教学工作中，一贯重视学生能力的培养，逐步提高学生的自学能力，并联系英语学科的特点，结合学生的实际，开展丰富多彩的教学活动，极大地调动了学生学习的积极性，收到了良好的教学效果。在课外活动中，我常带领学生完成一些英语课外实践活动，不但培养学生的口语能力，还提高了学生的听力能力，也激发了学生的学习兴趣，增强了学生学习的主动性和积极性。因此，在教学中取得了良好的教学效果。为了教育教学工作，我尽职尽责，并在教学工作中，多次创造出优异的成绩，成为一名学校重视学生爱戴的优秀教师。 教学效果评价二：学生教学效果评价 统计显示，学生对本节课的教学效果总体评价为优秀。学生对教师的评价是：备课认真、精心负责;在授课内容及方法上，学生认为内容丰富具有前沿性;利用现代化教学辅助手段，使课堂内容丰富多彩，易于理解。在授课过程中教师与学生能充分互动和沟通，课堂气氛活跃，教学效果好。在知识和技能方面：能根据老师的提示按照阅读的步骤先泛读再精读，读懂本节课的阅读材料，并能较准确地回答每次阅读之后的问题。能熟练地掌握本节课所学的单词和句型，能够用英语简单地表述什么是幸福，能流畅地与同学交流身边的一些幸福事，能清晰地表达自己的态度观点意见。在操作技能方面：能熟练运用新单词短语句型造句，积极参与小组合作与交流，能够运用本节课所学到的内容处理朋友之间发生的问题。在情感态度方面：小组协作交流话题：什么是幸福？你眼中的幸福是什么样的？你幸福吗？提醒学生珍惜和家人朋友和睦相处，珍惜我们身边的幸福。通过这样的小组活动和分角色表演课文内容，学生对本节课的内容很感兴趣。教学设计反思 一教学设计反思 这节课是第11单元的第二课时，主要内容是一篇阅读材料，因此在遵循新课程标准的前提下， 在培养学生阅读能力方面，我做了以下设计：先是fast reading ,我利用录音机让学生边听边考虑提出的两个基本的小问题，等学生快速浏览之后基本都能找到答案。接下来是careful reading ,我先帮学生解决了一下生词和一些重要词组的意思和用法，这样学生能更精准地理解书上3a 所提出的问题。对于这个细节的设计我基本满意，但是由于时间紧，部分学生可能会有囫囵吞枣的感觉。 二教学过程反思因为这篇课文是个非常有趣的小故事，在课文的阅读讲解之后，我设计了一个role-play小环节，让有表演天赋的同学可以一展风采，但平时也许这样的活动开展的不多，参与的学生们有些拘谨，没有达到预期的效果，今后我会在这方面加强训练，引导学生学以致用的能力逐步加强。 三存在问题反思 1、课前设计的内容有些多以至于每个环节都很匆忙，没有给学生留下充分活动，感知，体验的时间 。 2、运用教学语言不够熟练，出现了几次口误甚至有瞬间不知所云的情况，这是很不应该的，在今后的工作中还需要向同行多请教学习，加强自身业务能力提高自身业务素质。 四改进措施反思 教学设计应更严密，更科
