Material analysis本节课是第11单元的第一课时,以参观农场的学校旅行为主题,通过一般过去时态来谈论过去的活动并对其过程进行评价;通过听说读对基础语言及目标句型进行运用和操练;还将在学校旅行的基础上拓展到过去周末的活动等;并初步归纳动词的规则及不规则过去式。由于此课时是本单元的第一课时,学生刚开始接触一般过去时态,可能会对句子的表达不够流畅,对动词的过去式的变化运用错误或读音错误,教师须在教学过程中不断提点,引导学生反复操练以此巩固一般过去时态和动词过去式的英语表达。II. Teaching aims1. Knowledge aims (1) Words: milk, cow, horse, feed, farmer, quite, farm (2) Phrases: milk a cow, ride a horse, feed chickens, quite a lot, (3) Sentences: How was your school trip? It was great! Did you see any cows? Yes, I did. I saw quite a lot. Did you ride a horse? No, I didnt. But I milked a cow. What did you/he/she/they do last weekend? I/He/She/They went to a farm.2. Skill aims (1) Be able to talk about the past events by using the sentences in simple past tense. (2) To master the simple past tense of regular and irregular verbs. (3) Emotional aims Encourage students to join different kinds of activities and have a wonderful weekend.III. The key points and difficult points1. Key points (1) Master the new words and phrases. (2) The geberal questions in the past tense, Did you? Yes, I did.No, I didnt. Did she/he?2. Difficult points (1) To master the simple past tense of regular and irregular verbs. Present new words and phrases of the activities on the farm and teach them.2. Help the students to answer the questions and find out the differences. 3.
