Period 1 Section 1a 2c 蓝山县 祠市中学 201 4 年 上 期 七 年级 主备人郑顶妹执教人郑顶妹课时总课时执教时间集体备课成员教材简析 本单元的中心话题是谈论天气。整个单元都是围绕天气而展开听、说、读、写的活动。通过本单元的学习使学生能够掌握描述天气的词汇以及如何询问天气状况,能够准确表达自己对某种天气的喜好并说明原因,学会做天气预报,并能叙述在不同的天气下适合做什么活动。本单元的学习能够培养学生在实际中运用语言的能力。预设目标1能够运用以下目标句型询问天气:-How is the weather in Beijing?-Its sunny/ windy/ cloudy/ sunny.2.学会用形容词描述天气;3能够对目标语言进行听力训练;4.巩固现在进行时的运用;教学重难点重点:1、 重点词汇:动词:rain, cook, snow, 名词:weather, park, message, problem Moscow,Toronto, Boston形容词:windy, cloudy, sunny, bad, 情态动词:could,代词:him, 副词:back,短语:take a message, call(sb)back 2、重点句型:-How is the weather in Beijing?-Its sunny/ windy/ cloudy/ sunny.难点:1、完成听力部分的训练。2、理解并运用如何询问天气状况。教具 准备A tape recorder some pictures about different weather 教法学法Listening, Speaking教学过程Step one Leading in 1、Simple greeting.2、 Ask Ss whether they watch weather report everyday:T: Do you watch weather report?S1: Yes, I do.T: What is your favorite weather?S2:Step two Presentation 1、Learn the new words & the target languagea. Show the pictures about different weather and ask students: -How is the weather in Beijing?-Its sunny/ windy/ cloudy/ sunny. b. Teach the new words and ask students: Do you like this kind of weather? Why or why not?Use this way to learn other words and practice the target languageStep Two listening(1a,1b,2a & 2b) 1、Look at activity 1a, and read these words together, then match the words with the pictures. 2、Listen to the tape and write these city names in the boxes above in 1a.(1b) 3、Listen to the tape and try to finish the 2a activity. 4、Listen again and finish the 2b activity. 5、After finishing the activities, ask someone to share the answers. And then check the answers.Step three Pair work (1c & 2c) 1,Talk about the weather in 1a with your partner;A: Hi! How is the weather in Beijing? Could you just tell him to call me back?-Sure. No problem.2,能用所学的知识描述天气情况;3,描述正在发生的动作。教学重难点重点:1,How is the weather in Beijing?-Its sunny/ windy/ cloudy/ sunny.2,What are you doing?-Im cooking.难点:1,运用目标语言对天气进行问答,并且会问其他人正在进行的活动; 2,现在进行时与一般现在时的区别。教具 准备A tape recorder some pictures about different weather知识链接教法学法Listening, Speaking, Pair work.教学过程Step one Greeting and Revision.1、Simple greeting.2、Point to the pictures about different weather and ask students to say how the weather is.Step two Presentation 1、Read the grammar box first. Divide the class into two groups. (以此呈现新词汇)Step two Reading (2b) Before reading Ask students to talk about something they know about postcard.(教师由旅游谈论明信片) While reading 1、Read these two postcards fast, then try to know their general meaning, and answer the question: Who is writing to whom? 2、Read carefully, match each postcard with the correct picture in 2a.
