There is a saying: “ The best dishes is in the south east, and yet the special dishes with art and skill are tea and soup.” Today we choose Phoenix Single Stem Oolong tea, a semi-fermented tea belongs to mountain Oolong tea made in chao zhou , Guangdong province. Since Song Dynasty it has had more than 700 -year history. It is called a pearl of Oolong tea. Chao zhou Kung Fu Tea- brewing includes ten procedures.
