The content of my lesson is Section A 1a-2c, Unit 6 of Book 2, Grade 8, .)我的教学计划共分七个环节 (There are seven parts in my teaching plan)1. 教材分析(Analysis of the Teaching Material)2. 学情分析(Analysis of the Students)3. 教学目标(Teaching Aims and Demands)4. 教学重难点(Key Points and Difficult Points) 5. 教学流程(Teaching Methods)6. 教学方法(Teaching Procedures)7. 板书设计(Board Design)现在,我将依次来介绍 (Well, Ill explain them respectively.) Part1 Analysis of the Teaching Material(教材分析)本节课是新目标英语八年级上册UNIT6 第一课时,教材以Im going to study computer science为标题,以What do you want to be 为中心话题,用be going to谈论长大以后打算做什么以及怎样实现目标。学好本节课将为进一步学习一般将来时打下良好的基础。本课内容贴近学生生活,有助于提高他们运用英语的交际能力,并能激发学生对未来的美好憧憬。(This is the first lesson of Unit 6,whose title is Im going to study computer science. Its the basis of learning the future tense “be going to do”. It is based on our reality and its helpful to improve students ability of communicating in English. It can arouse students to look forward to a better life.)Part2 Analysis of the Students(学情分析)农村学生学英语起步晚,底子薄,怕犯错,不敢开口,“哑巴英语“现象比较严重。另外,大班教学,学生语言实践机会少。但八年级学生活泼好动、好胜心强、可塑性大,用生动的课件和丰富的活动更有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂效率。 (Most students in rural areas start to learn English at a later time. They have very weak English language basis. They are afraid to speak English because of worrying about making mistakes. “Mute English” is very serious. Teaching in a large class makes students get fewer chances to practise speaking English. But students in Grade 8 are active and outgoing. They are eager for success and easy to be figured. The vivid courseware and lavish activities are helpful to arouse students English interests and improve their learning efficiency.)Part 3 Teaching Aims and Demands(教学目标)1). Knowledge ObjectsKey words: doctor, engineer, violinist, driver, pilot, scientist, cook, computer programmerTarget Language: -What do you want to be when you grow up ? -Im going to be a(n)- - How are you going to do that ? -Im going to -2) Ability Object旨在提高学生在英语听说等方面的能力并培养他们应用英语谈论未来理想。(To improve the students speaking and listening abilities and help them talk about their future ideals in English.)3) Moral Object在活动中增进学生间的相互了解,使学生坚定为实现人生理想而努力的决心和信心。(To enable students to know each other well and firm their determination and confidence in achieving their life ideals.)Part 4 Key Points and Difficult Points(教学重难点)Key Points: 运用be going to, want to be 结构谈论理想的内容和实现理想的举措。(To learn how to talk about future intentions by using “be going to”and “want to be”.)Difficult Points: 学生对未来理想的憧憬多种多样,表达时会受到词汇的限制。教师帮助学生正确运用相关职业的词汇来谈论自己的理想职业。(Students have many different dreams about their future. But they have difficulties in expressing themselves because of limited words. The teacher helps students talk about their dream jobs correctly by using the suitable job words.)Part5 Teaching Methods(教学方法)本课我将主要运用任务型教学法进行教学活动,同时辅以情景教学法和游戏教学法,在教学过程中,我会适时利用Pairwork和Groupwork让学生相互交流合作学习,培养他们的团队精神和协作意识。总之,我要让学生做到在“学中用,用中学”。(In this lesson, Ill mainly use “task-based ”teaching method. Whats more, scene and game teaching methods will be needed. Pairwork and Groupwork can not only help students communicate with each other but also help educate their team spirit and co-operation sense. In a word, let students “learn by using, learn for using.”)Part6 Teaching Procedures(教学流程)我的教学流程共分为九个步骤(There are nine steps in my teaching process): 1. lead-in; 2. new word learning; 3. listening; 4. pairwork; 5.listening; 6.groupwork; 7.summary; 8. star story telling; 9. homework.Lets see them one by one in details.Step1 Lead-in Make three students act (a basketball player, a bus driver and an English teacher) and the teacher asks the other students to guess their jobs to go over the jobs they learned before.Purpose: 吸引学生的注意力并创造一个轻松愉悦的学习氛围。(To attract students attention and create a relaxing atmosphere.)Step2 New Word Learning1. Learn the new words by showing some pictures.2. Match the people with their correct jobs.3. Brain Storm. Look at the pictures and tell their jobs in English.Purpose: 通过图片的帮助学习并掌握职业新单词。(To learn and master the words about jobs by using some pictures.)Step 3 ListeningAsk students What should you do if you want to be a computer programmer, a basketball player, an engineer or an actor?. Listen to 1b and fill in the blanks .Then match the items.Purpose:针对学生个体差异进行听力训练,使学生能够更进一步对声音语言进行体会和感受。(To have listening training according tothe individual differences of students and enable students tofurtherthe sound languageofexperience and feeling.)Step4 Pairwork (Share your dream)-What do you want to be when you grow up?-I want to be a(n)-How are you going to do that ?- Im going to -.Purpose: 采取生生互动的学习方式,引导学生谈论自己的将来计划,激发学生说英语的兴趣。(To adopt students interaction of learning helps students talk about their future to arouse their English interests.)Step5. Listening 1.First show Cheng Hans picture. Then let students guess his job. Finally listen to 2a and find his real job.2.Listen to 2b and fill in the blanks below.Purpose:一是听力能力的反馈;二是听力能力的提升。这是本课的重点突破环节。(To feedback and improve students listening abilities. Its the step of breaking through the key points.)Step 6 Groupwork Make a survey and find the most popular job in every group.Purpose: 采用任务型的教学途径和小组合作的学习方式,激发学生求胜心和参与率,同时达到训练学生语言输出的能力。(To arouse students confidence and participation, train their language exporting ability by task-based teaching and group co-operation.)Step7 SummaryPurpose: 更深入透彻的掌握本课重点句型, 锻炼学生的思考能力,使他们在完成任务过程中获得成就感(To make students master the key sentences more deeply, improve their thinking ability and make them obtain achievability while working.)Step 8 Star Story TellingPurpose:帮助学生树立正确的人生导向,让学生考虑自己的将来,及早为将来做准备。(To help students build right life guide, think about their own future and prepare for it as soon as possible.)Step 9 HomeworkMy plan for lifeIm going to beWhere there is a will, there is a way.Purpose:提高综合运用所学知识的能力;增强为理想而奋斗的信心。(To improve their ability of comprehensive use and strengthen their confidence in struggling for their ideals.)
