Unit 4 Dont eat in class section A (1a-1c)南安中学黄冬华一、教材简析本课是七年级英语下册Unit 4的第一课时,本单元是一个实用性较强的单元,以介绍各种规章制度为中心展开话题,从学习制度和班级规章入手,引出重点词汇和句型。要求学生讨论在校期间的各种规章制度,从而深入学习其他公共场合的规章制度,以书信的形式向别人描述自己的生活。本课重点学习与规章制度有关的词汇、短语和句型,进一步学会谈论各种规章制度。二、教学目标1、认知目标:学习并掌握词汇:rule , classroom , hallway , fight ,uniform,have to , arrive ,quiet 2、情感目标:培养学生意识到要创造良好的学习和生活环境,遵守规章制度人人有责。3、能力目标:学会运用祈使句表达规章制度和掌握情态动词can 表示许可的用法。三、教学重点和难点重点:让学生学会用祈使句Dont + 动词原形和can谈论规章制度。难点:情态动词的用法,祈使句及其应答语。四、教学方法和学法教法:情景交际法直观法学法:交际法小组讨论法五、教学过程Step 1 . Warming-up(PPT1)Sing a song,make the students sing together and then ask them to listen to the teacherStep 2. Lead in( PPT2,3)1.Play a vidio clip , lead to the new lesson.Ask the students:How many rules does Mr Buck have? What is the first rule? Help them to have the right answers. 2.learn the kinds of rules ,learn the new word break and follow(PPT4)Mr Buck has four rules. As the old saying goes , A country has its rules ,a family also has one. So ,what kind of rules do you know? Show the four kinds of rules Family rules ,school rules ,class rules,library rules We must follow these rules and we cant break them.3.show some class rules (PPT 4)Do you know some of the rules in our classs?show some class rules Rule 1. Dont run in the classroom.Rule 2. Dont eat in the classroom. Rule 3.Dont play with your book in class.Rule 4.Dont talk to your classmates in class.Rule 5.dont play basketball in the classroom.Rule 6. Dont draw on the desk.4.Play a gameGive the students some word cards ,and ask him to do the actions , then ask the other students what rules are the breaking .Let the students say to them :Dont do that Help the students who is breaking the rules answer sorryStep 2. Can we fight? Can we listen to music in class? Can we arrive late for class? Work in groups.C. Finish 1a on page 1Match the students with the school rules that they are breaking. Then check the answer.Step 3. listening practice 1b ,2a,2b1.1b:Tell the students : I have three students, they are Peter , Selina and Nick. They break some rules. Now lets listen to the tape and write the numbers after the names. Listen and repeat ,then Check the answers. 2. finish 2a&2b ,listen to the tapes twice and then read after the tape to check the answers.3.read the conversations againStep 4.
