International English School国际英文学校At the classrooms of the International School学校课堂教学Teachers responsibilities教师职责1) Lesson Plans教学计划A)Teacher must complete and submit his/her teaching plan in term of Semester Teaching Plan/ Weekly TeachingPlan/and Each Lesson Plan. Those plan can be done by filling out the settled form of each kind.教师必须认真撰写其教学计划。包括学期计划、周计划和每节课的教学计划。这些计划用专用表格构成。Teachers must complete and submit Semester Teaching Plan within two weeks after the commencement of each semester. 其中学期计划必须在每个学期开学后两周内上交。 Teachers must complete and submit lesson plans two days before class教师必须是前两天内完全确定本周教学计划。B) Teachers must complete and submit a brief class summary (part of lesson plan) after every class教师必须于每节课后完成一份简单的课堂教学总结（作为教学计划的一部分）。C) In the event of a missed class, teachers are responsible for communicating the lesson plan (if they havent been previously submitted) to the substitute teacher因故缺课的教师有责任交待教学计划（如果未能预先确定）给代课教师。D) If teachers want to do a special class (Ie field trip outside), a detailed plan must be submitted five days before class. This class will be taken by T/As and translated and distributed to parents to serve as a permission slip for students to participate教师要上一节特殊堂课教学（如外出郊游），必须提前5天确定一份详细的计划，这份计划提交给助教，并翻译发给每一个参加教学的学生家长作为许诺书。2) Before class课前A) Teachers must inform T/As of any special materials (ie TV, VCD player, art supplies, etc) at time of submitting lesson plans, or at least one hour before class starts教师必须在确定教学计划时通知助教所需的特殊辅导材料（如TV, VCD，艺术制品等）或至少于开课前一小时通知到。B) Teachers must begin class at scheduled times and (with exception of break time) continue to teach for the entire scheduled teaching period. 教师必须按计划时间开始授课，教学活动必须持续整个教学时间（中间休息除外）。1) Late arrival of more than ten minutes (without making up the time at end of class), or early dismissal of any time shall be grounds for a 60 RMB deduction in the teachers salary 迟到超过10分钟（在课后若未能补回来）或任何早退行为都将罚款60RMB。2) Missing entire classes shall grounds for a 200 RMB/hr deduction. 缺课者将被按每小时200RMB罚款。C) If absented from lessons for illness, teacher could make up the hours in this week or in a month (in the situation which could be arranged) to avoid being recouped for 200yuan/per hour.如因疾病缺课的情况，教师可在本周或一个月内（在学校可安排的情况下）补回课时，便不用扣除200元/每小时。3) During class课堂教学 The following terms have been set out with one common goal: optimize the education of the students. Therefore, any leeway is meant to allow for any adjustment needed to reach that common goal.以下条款致力于一个共同目标：学生的教育教学，因而达到该目标的方式方法调整是允许的。A) Teachers must carry out and teach the lesson according to plan, in an educational, responsible and fun manner教师必须以教育性负责任和趣味性按计划完成教学活动。B) Teachers are responsible for incorporating all discipline and disciplining of students into their own teaching. If need more cooperation, please see T/As responsibilities for details. And according to Chinese laws, teachers must be fully responsible for students safety.教师的责任是维持课堂教学纪律和学生教学活动中的纪律性，如须更多配合（详见TA职责）。并且根据中国法律，教师对学生安全负全责。C）Teachers must learn to have the ability to control the whole class with assistance from TA. Teachers must keep eyeson the whole class instead of only focusing on a couple of good students while leave the others at large. That is, it is teachers responsibility to interest all students in English study by various of exercises, games, and activities related to the lesson. No activities/games/ unrelated to the teaching is encouraged in classes.教师必须在教学实践中，在TA的协助下，不断发展自己对课堂教学的整体把握能力。教师的教学应该照顾到整个班级而不是仅仅专注于某些“好学生”而对其他学生放任自流，坐视不管。换言之，教师有责任通过各种方式来激发全班的学生对其英语教学感兴趣，这些方式包括与教学内容有关的模仿演练、游戏、活动等。不鼓励课堂上进行一些无助于教学内容的单纯性游戏/活动。D)When teachers ask students doing games/events/activities in classes, the possible hazardous factors of thegames/events/activities must be taken into considerations and special attentions must be paid to the students in the performances of those activities. Appropriate actions must be taken immediately to stop any possible risk if necessary. Teachers must have a good communications and coordination with TA before and in those activities. 外教做游戏时，要特别注意学生的安全及其行为，TA要帮助外教讲清楚游戏规则和安全所注意事项，一发现有任何潜在的危险，必须马上停止活动。外教要在活动前和活动中与TA进行很好的沟通和配合。杜绝危险及与教学内容无关的游戏。E) Any physical punishments or related activities are forbidden. Any insulting language or any speech that may cause an insult to students are not allowed. Teachers are always welcome to correct students mistakes in a friendly manner and positive attitude. 严禁教师以任何方式或理由体罚学生。严禁教师使用任何侮辱性语言或可能对学生产生被侮辱感的语言。教师必须采用正面教育和尊重、友善的态度对待学生。4) After class课后A) Teachers must return all unused materials to T/As after class is finished教师在课后，必须将所有不用的教辅材料交还给助教。B) Teachers must inform T/As about how much of planned lesson was accomplished and/or where students are in the textbook教师必须知会助教课程家户的完成度或教材的教学进度。C) Teacher will be expected to collect, and mark students homework twice a term per student. A mark should be given based on each childs individual ability in the classroom.教师应当每个学期两次把学生的家庭作业收上来，并为他们打分，分数分标准应基于每个学生在课堂上的个人表现及能力。5) Education Management教育管理A) Teachers must complete and submit student summary reports at required times教师必须按时完成学生学习进度报告。B) Teachers must accept and value all comments and suggestions concerning the improvement of their teaching made by T/As, and the administration of the International School. Comments made by parents should be accepted and valued in a manner based on the agreement of the majority of all parents.教师必须虚心接受学生家长，助教及学校管理层提出建议以改进教学。b1) new teachers must show significant improvement in all areas suggested by the administration of the International school, and reach the requested teaching standard, within one month of starting the contract 新教师必须随时随地记下学校管理层提出的要求建议，在开始合同的一个月内要达到教学标准要求。C) Teachers are responsible for discussing the positioning of students in classes suited to their levels教师有责任探讨学生在可谈个教学活动中的地位以适合他们的学习水平。D) Teachers must complete all extra work needed for public/open classes (ie extra preparation and communication with parents/school administration on how to improve class)教师必须完成所需要的额外工作/公开课（如额外准备的同家长交流或学校交流的，以提高课堂教学）。E) Teachers must ensure the effective application of the International teaching system and its textbooks. The speed at which the each of the textbooks should be completed, will be based by each teachers individual lesson plans for each class.教师必须保障学校教学系统及教材的教学效果，每一册教材课程不能超过计划内的教学时间，教师的职责是保证每一个学生预期内超过教学课程。F) Teachers are responsible for giving at least one page of homework per week to each class starting when students begin Come On B. A copy of the homework should also be given to T/As.教师有责任于每周后给每个班级至于一页纸的家庭作业，并复印一份给助教。6) Schedule教学进度A)Teachers must strictly follow the settled Teaching Schedule indicated in the English Education System of International Educational Organization. It is not allowed to fasten or make the teaching schedule slowdown at his/her own way. 教师必须严格遵守本机构所制定的教学进度， 不得随意加快或放慢教学进度。B) It is the teachers responsibility to be fully clear on his/her schedule before the start of each week. This includes knowing all times and locations of classes, and what material/textbook is being taught.教师有责任于每周开始前制定完成一份完整清晰的教学进度表，包括每节课的授课时间，地点，教学内容。If a teachers schedule does not fulfill the contracted hours for that week, the International school reserves the right to add more classes and/or work (within reasonable terms and prior notice)如教师的教学时间未达到合同规定的周内最高时间，学校有权增加另外的授课时间或工作（在可能的条件，并预先通知）。C) Teacher should process teaching according to our planned schedule, complete teaching in time, not be allowed to suspend the schedule.教师须按本校教学计划的进度进行教学，按时完成教学，不得随意推迟进度。7) Home visit 家访A)Teachers will be expected to make visits to students homes at lest once per term:教师应每学期至少一次到学生家里家访1) A visit should be made to the homes of all new students to International Kindergartens with in one month of students arrival.每当有新生入读国际幼稚园，教师在一个月内应当到学生家里家访。2) A visit should be made to the home of a student that has fallen ill, as soon as possible, and depending on nature of illness. 当有学生生病时，老师应根据具体情况尽快到学生家里家访。8) Assessment 评估A)Teachers will be expected to on a monthly bases write a report for each student based on that childs progressduring the month. This report will then be given to the parents to allow them to follow the progress of their child.教师应当在每月为学生写一份关于该生的成长报告，这份报告将会交给家长，以备家长留意自己小孩的成长过程。B）The teacher must give the summaries of the students study and growing to the parents in the end of term.教师要在期末时把每位学生一学期的学习，成长总结发给家长。C）To evaluate the student according to our teaching-purpose, to test them in each level, if can not pass, they should stay down. In the end of the term, we pay you bonus base on the percentage of the go-up.按本校教学目标，每班对孩子进行评估，在每一级别进行测试，如未能通过应留级再读，每期末本校根据该老师班别学员的升级率发放奖金。9) Holiday假期A) If you fulfill one year, you will enjoy 3day paid holiday in the second year.工作满一年的全职教师，在第二年的工作时间内可享得3天的带薪年假。10) Payment in Advance预支We can pay the fulltime teachers in advance if they have needs. If the amount above 1000RMB, please inform us in advance one day and get the principles signature. The amount shouldnt go beyond your half-salary of your working days.本校可在老师有需帮助情况下，全职老师可在未发工资前向本校预支工资。预支金额1000元以上须提前一天告之并由校长签名，预支金额不超过总工作天数的50%的工资。11) Training 培训Every new full-time teacher must accept our organizations training to become a qualified teacher. The training program is arranged by the Organization. New teachers need to follow the training program in an attentive manner. No any excuses to refuse to be trained.
