新目标英语八年级下Unit4 Why dont you talk to your parents ?Section B 1 (1a-1e)一 、教材分析 我今天说课的内容是八年级下Unit 4 Why dont you talk to your parents ?Section B(1a -1e)部分。人民教育出版社新目标的新版。本单元教材以“谈论问题及给出建议为中心话题”围绕着“Why dont you do .”进行。学习和运用常见的句型：Why dont you talk to your parents ？ My parents dont allow me to hang out with my friends. I cant get on with my friends.等等。Section B(1a-1e)部分进一步拓宽了本单元的话题内容。主要是探讨如何通过各种活动来减轻压力，如何面对学习压力，听说训练的目的是在巩固前面所学的语言项目。要求学生学会描述困难，表达建议。同时还输入了新的词汇和短语。通过该部分的学习，有利于学生换位思考，帮助他们逐步建立正确，积极的生活态度和价值观。二、学情分析 授课对象为八年级的学生，由于他们已经有了一年半的学习英语的经历。在学习英语方面有一定的基础。所以他们愿意积极表现，乐于参与小组活动。总的来说，一部分学生对学习英语保持着比较高的热情。学生本身具备一定的自主学习的能力并具备一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力。但存在着两极分化的现象。一部分的学生底子差，信心不足。因此在教学过程中要以予鼓励又要因材施教。三、教学目标（1） 语言知识目标：能掌握以下单词：member, pressure, compete；指导学生掌握并熟练运用重点短语:play sports,hang out with friends ,spend time alone ,give sb a lot of pressure ,have enough time ,have a fight with sb ,compete with sb ；熟练掌握句型Why dont you do.?Why not .? I think Wei Ming should。 Although you may be, you should talk to them.I have to compete with my classmates at school . （2） 语言技能目标：学生根据实际情况需求真正开口讲英语。通过听说读写训练，谈论并给出相应的建议。情感态度价值观目标： 了解中学生们普通存在的生活及学习上问题，了解别人的生活现状及他们苦恼，知道学习知识是很重要的事情，但它并不是生活的全部，能换位思考，逐步建立正确，积极的生活态度和价值观。能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。四、教法 为充分以学生为主体的课堂教学，并考虑学生的认知特点和年龄特征，我采取了如下的方法：听说训练法，情景教学法，小组合作法。目的是实现语言知识向语言能力的转化。五、学法 让学生养成听说的习惯，学会在实践中学习，学以致用。积极操练，大胆开口，实现脱口说英语的习惯。六教学重难点1. 教学重点： 1) 掌握本课时出现的生词及用法。进一步学习提建议的表达方式. 2) 进行听力训练，提高综合听说能力。2. 教学难点 听力训练。在听的过程中抓信息的能力的培养。七、教学过程Step 1 Warming up 1. Daily greeting.2. Check the homework. Let some Ss give advice.Step 2 Lead in and presentation1. Ask one student read the sentences in 1a. Explain some main sentences. 2.Encourage Ss to choose the things that arefrom 1-8 with being the most favorite thing you do to lower stress. 3. Ss discuss with their deskmates ，then order them.4. Let some Ss say their answersStep 4 Talking and thinking1.Let some Ss talk about their answers.S1: I always hang out with my friends to lower stress.S2: I like to listen to music to lower stress best.2.Work in pairs to talk about the topics.3.Ss report his or her favourit activities and the reasons.设计意图：本部分呈现新知，层层递进，通过对话的方式呈现新知，能过激发学生的学习兴趣，学生乐于参与活动，并且降低的学习难度。Step 5 Listeningand readingWork on 1c:1. Tell Ss to read the sentences 1c first.2. Play the recording for the Ss. Ss just listen for the first time. Play the recording again and check the problems Wei Ming talks about.3. Check the answers:Work on 1d:1. Let Ss read the sentences in 1d first. Guess which word can they fill .Then,Tell Ss to listen again and fill in the blanks.2. Play the recording again for the Ss to listen and write.3. Ss listen to the recording carefully and try to write the words in the blanks.4.
