教学设计(教案)基本信息学 科英语年 级八年级教学形式公开教 师乔海云单 位安徽省太和县城关中心校课题名称Unit 10 Im going to be a basketball player.学情分析本课时的教学内容是八年级的内容,谈论长大后干什么,并谈论怎样才能实现目标,对这个话题,学生很感兴趣,学习积极性很高,有的说长大后想当演员,有的说当警察,有的说当飞行员,有的说当记者等。当问到怎样才能实现目标时,有部分同学不知所措。在本课教学时,我帮助了一些目标不明确学习态度不端正的同学树立了正确的观点,实现了情感教育的目的。我认为在课堂教学中渗透集体主义教育十分必要。教学目标1. Knowledge ObjectStudents learn the target language to talk about future intentions. 2. Ability ObjectsTrain students listening and cooperating skills. Train students communicative competence.3. Moral ObjectA good plan is a good start to success.教学过程Task One: Talk about sportsActivity 1 :Warming-upLet the students sing a sports song, then I show pictures that they sing. A Sports SongI like cycling, how about you?You like skating, so do I.I like skiing, how about you?You like volleyball, so do I.I like ping-pong ball, how about you?Cycling, skating and skiing, volleyball, ping-pong and rowing.Activity 2: Free talk1. Except sports above, please speak out as many sports names as possible.2. Let the students say something about their favorite sports and tell us the reasons that they like it best.Task Two: Listen, answer and interviewActivity 1: Presentation new words and new sentence patternsShow pictures to students learn new words and phrases: Houston Rocket, NBA, dream, grow up, dancer, in the future, and then write them on the blackboard. Then I have a talk with students:T: lets play guessing games, look here, this is a sign of a basketball team, do you know which team it is? Ss: Houston Rockets.T: Right, you are great, when I was young like you, I dont know it at all. Look here, this is a picture of a famous basketball player, he comes from Shanghai, and now he is playing for the Houston Rockets in the NBA. Who is he? Do you know?S1: He is Yao Ming.T: you are great (show the picture to Ss). Can you tell something about him in detail? S2: Certainly. He is 2.26 meters tall, and he is 28 years old, he joined our national team in.T: Thank you. Are you going to be a famous man like him when you grow up in the future? S2: YesT: Thats a wonderful dream. I hope your dream will come true.Now show another picture of a dancer, have a talk with a girl who likes dancing.T: Han Mei, I know you are good at singing and dancing, now please look at this picture in my hand, this is a nice girl, she dances pretty well. Who is she? Do you know? Han Mei: She is Yang Liping, she is a great dancer.T: Great. Are you going to be a dancer like her?Han Mei: Yes. Thats my dream job.Activity2: listen and answerHave the students listen to 1a with their books closed, and then answer the following questions:Whats Michaels favorite sport?Whats Michaels favorite player?Whats Michael going to be when he grows up?What about Maria?Activity3: read, act and retellLet the students read 1a, then try to act it out in front of the class, and then choose two students to retell 1a in their own words.Activity4: read and markGet the students to read 1a again and mark the key sentences and new sentence patters:What are you going to be when you grow up?Im going to be a dancer.Thats my dream.Activity5: listen to a piece of broadcast news and answer some questions.Show a picture of David Beckham, and let them know them, then listen to the news through the tape and then answer the questions below:Where did David Beckham arrive yesterday?Who will they play against?Will they stay in Beijing for long?When are they leaving for Japan?Activity6: InterviewMake a survey about their favorite sport and favorite player, at first complete this form, and then report to the class.NameFavorite sportFavorite playerDream jobBegin like this: This is my good friend_, he /she likes_ best, his/her favorite sport is _,and his/her favorite player is _.
