新目标七下U7 Its raining Section B 2a-2c 教学设计 许爱霞一、教材分析本部分的教学话题是天气,继续运用现在进行时来描述人们的即时活动以及明信片的文体特点。2a-2c部分从谈论2a图片中的天气及活动引导到2b明信片的阅读,将本单元的互相问候、谈论天气、询问正在进行的活动等单元重点功能结构以明信片的形式呈现,显得自然贴切,而且具有实用性。二、学情分析学生在第六单元已经学过现在进行时,所以本单元学习描述人们正在做的事情对学生来说不会感觉太难。版权所有三、课标分析新课程中学英语教学大纲要求“侧重培养学生的阅读理解能力”。而阅读是一个能动地、积极地认识与思维的过程,学生独立阅读能力并非一朝一夕就能建立。在英语阅读教学中,要有三个部分。1、 阅读前准备(pre-reading activities)这一部分可被视为新课的“导入”(introduction)。可以采用多种方式,如利用图片、幻灯片、摄影片、简笔画、实物、多媒体等的直观导入法,利用紧密联系现实生活的时间或故事导入法,利用自由交谈,问答或讨论引入本课话题的导入法等。旨在激活学生永久记忆中相关的知识网络,使他们产生阅读的愿望和心理准备。通过进行以上的导入,学生的学习好奇心、学习兴趣、求知的欲望,一下子被调动起来。同时指导性问题的提出也给学生的第一次阅读确定了一个目标或任务。指导学生了解课文的话题内容和梗概,让其构建初步的、模糊的全文语义图象,帮助学生建立“自上而下”的信息加工机制。当然,在设计“导入”时应注意:导入的时间不宜过长,必须紧扣教材,激发学生学习新知的兴趣。2、阅读中的活动(while-reading activities) 本阶段的目的是使学生获取较详细的篇章信息。了解和熟悉课文中生疏的词汇、短语、结构等语言现象。在简短的第一次阅读以及检测和讨论其答案之后,学生已了解全文的梗概。教师可使用快捷问题和适度的讲解、讨论来梳理全文的信息和语言。通过设置细节性问题,让学生带着任务进行第二次阅读,然后讨论、讲解,帮助学生梳理全文的信息和语言。值得注意的是讨论和讲解只涉及关键点和理解的阻塞点,而不应是逐词逐句式的。3、阅读后的活动(post-reading activities)。此阶段侧重于对课文中语言形式的掌握和运用,对文章结构的分析以及文章的第二层次即意图层次的理解。教师可利用对比、图表等手段再现文章的整体结构;可设计形式多样的交际活动,如涉及课文内容的记者采访,课文情景下的角色扮演,围绕作者观点的正、反方辩论等;同时可以结合听、说、写来加强阅读训练,如阅读材料可以作为听力材料,改为完型填空,作为讨论的话题,还可以当作书面表达要求学生进行改写、续写等。七下U7 B2a-2c教学设计一、教学目标要求知识目标1学会认读并能工整书写、使用文章中出现的基本词汇,如:Canada, summer, juice, vacation, Europe, mountain, sit, visit ,soon,hard,country等。21教育网2能够理解和正确使用文章中出现的常用表达,如:right now, have a great time, sit by the pool, drink the juice, study hard, on vacation 等。21世纪*教育网3. 能掌握以下句型:I am having a great time visiting my aunt in Canada.www-2-1-cnjy-com Are you studying hard or having fun? My phone isnt working , so Im writing to you. 4. 理解现在进行时态还表示某一时间段内发生的动作。能力目标 许爱霞 1能够在老师的指导下,关注文章中的图片信息,猜测文章内容,帮助更好的理解文章。2. 通过对明信片的阅读,了解书写明信片的基本要素、基本格式和大致内容。 3能够在老师的指导下,初步模仿文章形式与朋友谈论天气、地点、心情和正在做的事情。二、教学重难点njy重点:1能够熟练使用核心词汇和句型。2. 指导学生能够运用略读、扫读的阅读技巧捕捉文本主旨及细节信息,理清明信片文本结构。3. 让学生学会小组合作,知道分享。难点:1.阅读短文,提高获取相关信息的能力。2.复述续补故事。 三、教学过程. Warming- up and lead in 导入1、 Enjoy a song “the seven continents”(出示泰国泼水节图片)T: Wheres China? The world is big. There are 7 continents and about 200 countries in the world. The world is also small. Because people now can easily travel to other countries for vacation. (出示一些度假风景图片)Do you want to visit other country? Maybe we can plan it during our summer or winter vacation. During their vacation, some people often buy beautiful postcards , write about the weather and activities. How do you feel if you get a postcard from your friends? Today well learn to read two postcards. (通过人物活动和明信片关联的背景导入,点出我们本课的项目project, 围绕明信片所承载的内容展开阅读)设计思路:阅读前活动的主要目的是为了激发学生阅读的动机,激活或提供必要的背景知识,引出话题,自己设置一个two postcards的标题对课文内容进行预测,为课文阅读解决理解上的部分语言障碍。只要导入时要注意到:短,新,扣题3点就可以。板书: Two Postcards 并提出问题让学生去带着问题Guess , who wrote it ? Where are they on vacation? How are their vacation? What are they doing ? How are the weather? How do they feel?First lets look at 3 photos. They are on summer vacation. Two of them wrote the postcards to the third one. 导入2 Enjoy a song: Rhythm of the rain Hi, boys and girls. Do you like this song: The Rhythm of the Rain. I like walking on rainy days of course holding an umbrella. Climbing mountains is my hobby. , it makes me strong and relaxed. I like traveling. I have a plan to visit Canada this summer vacation. Canada is a good country not just right for playing but also studying EnglishOf course Europe, is also a good place. You can go to England or France. I want to be friends with you. Do you like me? OK, lets begin our class. I hope well have fun learning English. (通过自我介绍,将本课生词放入语境学习。感觉导入部分还是太长。需要再短,新,自然扣题一些。阅读方法有the bottom-up model 和the top-down model 两种。)导入3 Enjoy a song Rhythm of the rain. They are on summer vacation. Ask and answer: Hows the weather? And what are they doing? HowWhatPicture a sunny ; warmsitting by the pool; drinking orange juicePicture bcloud; coldwalking in the mountainsPicture crainyingwriting a letter(方法:通过引导学生仔细观察图片,看图学习juice, mountain, 生词,及引导学会短语by the pool, in the mountains, write to sb. 等。 完成表格并进行pair work来巩固生词和重点短语。重点口头练习HowWhat句型。 设计意图:通过图片来呈现生词和短语不仅更直观形象,给学生留下深刻印象,还能适时巩固复现单元重点句型)2.Predict : They are friends. How can they connect with each other? Where are they on vacation? In China, or other countries. Now its very easy for people to go abroad for studying , visiting, working or just traveling. Discuss: The best ways of connecting friends. If you received a letter or postcard , how do you feel? Happy, excited通过where, how, what 等的提问引导学生预测故事。并引入生词:country, countries, visit. Europe, Canada, 通过一幅世界英文国家地图来直观地自然地导入生词。生词教学,一般会创造一个真实的语境中去学习。阅读中遇到的生僻词,或多义词如hard, 会通过上下文指导学生去猜出词汇的意思。阅读课中词汇要简要讲解,不要过多,过细的讲解。板书: Two Postcards While-reading (阅读中)1. Shes visiting her aunt and she is going to summer school. She is studying English and learning a lot. Shes also visiting some of her old friends. (可以设置成多选题)3. Post-reading 阅读后活动1. gap-filling (Help Jane read the postcards.)2. write a summary of the main content of the text.3. Make conversations.
