Unit 2 My favorite seasonPart A Lets learn1、 教材分析本单元是PEP小学英语污泥哦啊级下册第二单元,本单元的内容和日常生活息息相关,容易激发学生的学习兴趣和思想共鸣,便于学生在学习中体验、理解、内化和运用。本单元通过四季的学习,让学生了解每个季节的特点一级在每个季节中可以做的事情,学会交流表达“Which season do you like best?”“I like.”“Because.”并运用这些功能句进行语言交际,解决现实生活中关于此类话题的问题,并培养学生善于表达个人喜好的情感态度。2、 学情分析本课教学对象是五年级的学生,学生已经学习过两年的英语,已经具备一定的英语学习基础。学生对听说读写已经有了不同的水平,由于学生的感知不同等各方面的差异,所以针对这种情况,设计了各种符合学生实际水平和学习情况的游戏;例如“Guessing game,Matching,Make a survey等环节,激发学生的学习热情和积极的参与课堂活动,达到语言学习的目的,从而能够更好的掌握语言的运用能力。三、教学目标1、能够听、说、读、写单词spring,summer,autumn,winter,season.2、能够使用句型“Which season do you like best?”提问,并能根据实际情况回答。3、能够看懂指示语,并按照指令完成read and match的简单任务并根据实际情况运用本课重点句型询问他人最喜欢的季节以及在每个季节可以做的事情,标的每个季节的特征。4、会唱歌曲Whats your favorite season?5、能够提高口语表达能力和语言组织能力,并进行积极的思考和大胆的创新,提高自主学习能力。四、教学重难点1、教学重点:(1)词汇:spring,summer,autumn,winter,season(2)句型:Which season do you like best? Summer. I can go swimming everywhere.2、教学难点:学生能够大胆创编和表演有关季节的问答小对话。三、教学准备多媒体课件、录音机和录音带、词卡五、教学过程Step 1 Warm upLets sing a song: Whats your favorite season?T:Please stand up! Listen to me and sing a song after me.Here we go!Summer,winter,spring and fall.spring and fall, spring and fall.Summer,winter,spring and fall.Whats your favorite season?设计意图(本部分用Lets sing a song拉近了师生的距离,利用歌曲“Whats your favorite season?”创设了学习季节的语言环境,调动了课堂气氛,并为新课的学习做好铺垫。)Step 2 PresentationLearn the new words: spring,summer,autumn,winter,season(1) The teacher presents the pictures of four seasons and says to SsThere are four seasons in a year.(2) The teacher shows the pictures of spring summer autumn winter one by one.(3)T : Every season brings its joy. So which season do you like best?(T points out favorite is as same as like best.So which season do you like best?is as same as Whats your favorite season?)(4)T asks Ss which season do you like best? and Ss answer the question.T:which season do you like best?S1:Summer.I can go swimming everywhere. T:which season do you like best?S2:I like spring best. I can.S3:.S4:.(5) T divides Ss into three groups and talk about which season do you like best?(6) T plays the tape and Ss listen to it carefully.(设计意图:新知识的学习要从整体感知入手,创设情境,展示图片,鲜明突出引出今天的内容。由精读、细读再到快读,再到分角色朗读,深化、内化知识,做到语言的流利输出。)Step 3 Practice(1)Play a guessing game.T shows ppt about the features of the season and lets Ss guess which season it is,then shows the picture.(Ss in groups and who can answers it as soon as possible and the group can get a star. The group which get the most stars and it is the winner. )T: It is warm and pretty. There are many beautiful flowers everywhere.Which season is it?S:Is it spring?T: Yes,it is.(2) Read and matchT asks Ss to read “Read and match”and gives Ss 2 minutes to finish it.Spring is green with flowers and songs.(春天是绿色的,鸟语花香。)Summer is hot and the days are long .(夏天很热,白昼很长。)Autumn is golden and farmers are busy.(秋天是金黄色的,农民很忙。)Winter is white and the year is gone.(冬天是白色的,一年就要过去。)(3) MatchingT shows ppt about the pictures of four seasons and lets Ss say out quickly.(4) T sums up which season do you like best?T: Which season do you like best?S1: Spring. I can.S2: Summer. I can.S3: Autumn. I can.S4: Winter. I can.(设计意图:本部分是对新知识的一个加深练习,通过游戏“Guessing game”,给学生创设一个真实有效的学习情境,将学生所学的新词汇和新句型在真实情境中得到呈现和操练.而且游戏又调动了学生的积极性和参与教学活动的主动性;”Matching”环节又讲巩固深化,达到教学目的。)Step 4 Consolidation and ExtensionMake a survey(5) Ss in groups, one of them will make a survey about which season do you like best?,then write it down.S1: Which season do you like best?S2: Spring.
