学生品行规章及评分办法Student Guidelines第一条：目的本规定的目的是为了能够使国际部学生的学业及生活管理守则规范化、制度化。The objective of these guidelines is to regulate the International Department students studies and conduct.第二条：适用范围本规定的适应对象为国际部全体学生。These guidelines will be used for all International Department students.第三条：规章内容及扣分办法Content of the rules:1. 没有监护人（或家长或老师）的陪同，私自在外面过夜行为（-30分）并通报家长，视情节给与相应处分。（只限住校生）(Limited to the students lodging at school)Spending a whole night outside school without a guardian or teacher will result in 30 points deducted. The parents will be informed and proper punishment will be given.(2. 吸烟行为（根据程度每次-10-30分；并视情节给与相应处分，通报家长）Smoking at school will result in 10 -30 points will be deducted for drinking or smoking at the facultys discretion, proper punishment will be given, and the parents will be informed.3. 同学之间打架、暴力行为（根据情况-10-30分）,并通报家长，停课反省。停课天数和处分的级别根据情节确定。A fight with other students 10-30 points will be deducted, parents will be informed, the student(s) involved will not be allowed to class, and proper punishment will be given.4. 不经老师批准不参加学校、班级集体活动，不完成学校、班级布置的任务（-10分），并视情节给与处分。 Not participating in class or school activities without the teachers permission, not finishing the tasks assigned by the teachers or the school will result in 10 points deducted, and a warning.5. 违反学校规定的其他规章制度并受到批评时（根据情况-1-10以内）Violating rules or other regulations of the School will result in up to 10 points deducted.6. 没有经过班主任的允许，私自旷课（每旷一节课-3分）情节严重的通报家长，并给与相应处分Being absent for class without the homeroom teachers permission. (Absent for a normal class, 3 points deducted). If it is a serious case, the parents will be informed and proper punishment will be given.7. 经过班主任允许，请假不上课，半天以内（1分），每天（2分）；一个学期请假天数超过5天，没有参评优秀学生资格。 Being absent for class or self-study class with homeroom teachers permission will result in 1 point will be deducted for less than half day, 2 points for each day; if the absence time exceeds 5 days for one term, the student will not be granted any school prizes.8. 阅读、观看对青少年有害的刊物、音响等行为以及携带此类有害物，上不健康网站，玩游戏等的行为（-5分）Reading inappropriate books or magazines, watching inappropriate movies, bringing these materials to school, searching the inappropriate website and playing games will result in 5 points deducted.9. 不爱护公物、损毁公物, 除照价赔偿外，视情节（-2-10分）Destruction of school possessions will result in 2 to 10 points deducted as well as the cost of the damage.10. 在公共场所喧哗、打闹、乱跑，打扰了别人的学习、休息和正常秩序，（视情节-1-5分）。情节严重的给与相应处分。 Causing noise by running or fighting in public places and disturbing others will result in 1-5 points deducted and the proper punishment will be given if the case is serious.11. 随地乱扔果皮纸屑、不爱护环境、不爱护公物如在墙壁或桌椅上乱写乱画（-1-3分） Littering on school grounds, destroying the school environment (drawing on the walls, desks, or chairs will result in 1-3 points deducted.12. 佩戴不符合学生身份的饰物，衣着不符合学校要求的（-1-3分） Wearing inappropriate ornaments or clothing will result in 1-3 points deducted.13. 言行举止不文明，不尊重老师的，不利于同学间的正常交往（-1-3分） Saying bad words , disrespect to the teachers or doing bad things to the classmates or schoolmates will result in 1-3 points deducted.14. 不认真做两操，做操时不守时、守纪，不服从指挥（-1-3分） Not doing the morning or eye exercises will result in 1-3 points deducted.15. 不按时上课，发生迟到早退等行为，（-1-3分）Tardiness from class or leaving the class early will result in 1-3 points will be deducted.16. 不交作业,不遵守课堂纪律，学习态度不良（-13分以内）Not finish Ones homework, or not behaving well or not paying attention in class will result in 13 points deducted. 17. 每月考试成绩不及格的（每科扣5分）For every monthly test, failing in any subject will result in 2 points deducted for each subject.第四条：奖励项目及加分办法Prizes and point accumulation:1. 从H.S.K.5级开始每提高一级时奖励（每提高一级奖励+10分）IELTS 4.0分开始，每提高1分时奖励（+10分）Starting from a band 5 of H.S.K., once the band is raised to a higher level, 15 points will be added. Starting from 4.0 of IELTS, for each 1 point raised 10 points will be added.2. 参加学校或学校以上的活动中表现突出或获奖的（根据情况+310分）For taking part in school activities or other activities outside school and winning prizes or doing an outstanding job, 3-10 points will be added.3. 课堂表现好：积极配合老师、遵守课堂纪律、学习进步大、考试成绩好（+1-3分）For being well-behaved in classes: listening to the teachers, obeying the class rules, making outstanding progress in studies and tests, 1-3 points will be added.4. 帮助同学、协助老师、积极出色完成各项任务的 (+1-3分）For being willing to help the teachers and others fulfill the assigned tasks actively, 1-3 points will be added.5. 认真做两操、守时守纪、听从指挥、动作规范（+ 1-3分）For doing the morning and eye exercises well and on time, 1-3 points will be added.6. 文明礼貌，认真遵守学校各项规章制度，在学习生活中有良好表现的（+1-5分）For being polite and doing things with good manners, obeying all the school regulations, and doing well in school studies, 1-5 points will be added.第五条：学校奖惩类别 Categories for punishments and prizes: A 处分类别 Punishments1. 批评教育，口头警告 talking2. 警告处分：学生需要对违纪情况做书面说明，通报家长，并有一段时间的考察期，。Warning the student is required to write a report on what happened, and the students behaviors will be observed for a certain period. The students parents will also be informed.3. 严重警告处分：停课几天，到学校反省，对违纪情况做书面说明，通报家长并有一段时间的考察期。2nd warning- the students will not be allowed to classes for a several days, but will be required to come to school to write a report on what happened. The students behaviors will be observed for a certain period and their parents will be informed.4. 停课及留校察看：有书面说明，通报家长，停学时间一周-一个月。留校察看时间为一个月到三个月，处分决定是否记录在学籍上根据学生改过情况决定。No class. The student could come to school but is not allowed to go to class.B 奖励类别 Prizes1. 各种单项比赛奖competition prizes2进步学生奖 most improved 3. 优秀学生奖 excellent student4. 校奖学金 School Scholarships*有以下两种情况之一者，不能参评“优秀学生”和校奖学金。If either of the following happened to the student, he/she will not be named as an Excellent Student or be granted School Scholarships. 1 期中期末考试中，有两科以上不及格者。 He/she fails more than two subjects in the Mid-term or Final-term tests.2 一个学期请假累计五天以上者。He/she asks for leave of more than 5 days in one semester.3.没有充分理由不参加活动，或经常在活动中不积极的。 He/she do not attend the school activities without acceptable reasons or do not perform positively in the activities. 4.曾有打仗，骂人等不良表现，受过学校处分的。 He/she fights with others, says bad words to others or gets punishment from the school.第六条：扣分和加分规则及分数使用方法 criteria of deducting or adding points and method of using the points.新生入学的时候，每个学生的基本分数为100分。All the students have 100points when they were admitted to the school 分数下降到50分给予警告，口头警告教育If the points are decreased to 50, he/she gets oral warning 分数下降到40分给予警告处分，通报家长。If the points are decreased to 40, he/she gets warning and informs parents.分数下降到30分给予严重警告
