I was so scared that I couldnt move.This woke the snake up and it moved into the forest near the lake.2. 情感态度价值观目标:培养学生热爱自然的情感,鼓励学生学习自然知识,了解动物习性。教育学生合理安排作息时间,健康生活。二、教学重难点教学重点:1. Master the key vocabulary and main language points.2. Write about recent past events.教学难点:1. Write about recent past events.2. Practice students listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.三、教学过程. Warming-up and revision1. What did they do last weekend? 2. Did they last weekend?. Presentation1. (show some pictures of food on the big screen) Present some new words and expressions to the Ss.2. Ss learn the new words and expressions by themselves and try to remember them. 3. Before reading. Work on 2a: This activity provides writing and oral practice using the target language. Show some photos of animals on the screen. Ask the class to answer the questions:1) What kind of animal are you afraid of ? 2) Why?3) Make a list. Ask students to say the words by themselves. ListeningT: Now, turn to page 71, listen carefully and find the answer to this question: What did they see near the fire the next morning?Play the recording for the students to listen.Then check the answer. (They saw a snake sleeping near the fire). Reading Careful reading. Group work.1. Work on 2b:Read about Lisas weekend and answer the questions.1) How was Lisas weekend?2) Where did Lisa and her family go last weekend?3) How did Lisa feel when she saw the snake?4) What did Lisa and her sister do?5) What did their parents do? My sister finished high school two weeks ago. two weeks ago “两星期前”,一段时间 + ago意为“多长时间之前”,是表达过去的时间。它常与一般过去时态连用。如: 三天前,我们参观了自然历史博物馆。 We visited the Natural History Museum three days ago. 2. As a special gift, our parents took us to India. 作为一份特殊的礼物,我爸妈带着我们去了印度。 此处介词as 表示“作为; 当作”,其后可以接职业,用途,特点等。用在句首时,这种短语的后面往往有逗号与语句的主体隔开。例如: As a student, I must work hard. 作为一名学生,我必须努力学习。 3. There we put up tents and made a fire to keep us warm and cook food on. 在那里我们架起帐篷,生火取暖并做饭。1) put up tents 搭建帐篷, put up your hands举起手来2)make a fire 生火3)keep us warm 使得我们暖和;4) 本句的主体部分是we put up tents and made a fire, 后续的 to keep us warm and cook food on (it) 表达的是made a fire 的目的。句尾介词“on” 后有所省略,以避免重复。 4. we saw a big snake sleeping near the fire. 我们看见一条大蛇正在篝火附近睡觉。 My dad told me later that snakes can feel things moving. 后来我爸告诉我蛇能够感觉到东西的震动。 英语中表示感官的动词,例如see, hear, feel 等动词后可以接动词-ing 短语,表示“看见、听到、觉得某人或物在做(某事)”。I can hear the children singing in the classroom. 我能听见孩子们在教室里唱歌。 5. I was so tired that I went to sleep early. 句中so . that .的意思是“如此以至于”。如: The soup was so delicious that he drank it up. 汤是那么好喝,于是他喝了个精光。注:“sothat”可以和“tooto”句式结构互换同义句。例如: Paul is too lazy to go to work.6. My dad started to jump up and down in their tent.start 作动词,可意为“开始;着手”。常用结构为start to do sth.和start doing sth. (开始做某事)。如:I started to do / doing my homework at 5:30. 我五点半开始做作业的。7. This woke the snake up and it moved into the forest near the lake. wake up 唤醒; 后面可以跟名词或代词; 跟名词时可以放在wake up的后面或中间; 但是如果是跟代词的话应放于 wake up 的中间。如:早上你常什么时候醒来? When do you usually wake up? 不要如此大声说话,你会将他们吵醒。 Dont speak so loud. Youll wake them up. .PracticeRewrite the passage with the information from 2b. My last weekend was _.
