30mT梁预制预应力张拉油压表计算书1、工程概况本合同段共有13座大中桥梁,12座桥梁上部结构形式均采用先简支后连续预应力T梁结构,单幅桥面宽12.25m(包含左右侧0.5m防撞墙宽度),由5片T梁架设及4个湿接缝浇筑组成。全线30mT梁555片,40mT梁161片,T梁理论梁长30(40)m,梁肋中心线间距2.4m,梁高2.0(2.5)m,中梁梁宽1.7m,边梁梁宽2.05m,混凝土强度等级为C50,T梁集中在1个预制场预制,T梁架设由梁场从大小里程两端分别架设,小里程端390片30mT梁,大里程端165片30mT梁及161片40mT梁。预应力钢绞线采用抗拉强度标准值为fpk=1860 MPa ,弹性模量为Ep=1.95105MPa,公称直径为15.2mm的高强度、低松弛钢绞线,其技术条件符合GB/T5224标准,波纹管采用金属波纹管。2、计算过程根据桥梁通用图,预应力钢绞线采用抗拉强度标准值为fpk=1860 MPa ,弹性模量为Ep=1.95105MPa,公称直径为15.2mm的高强度、低松弛钢绞线,张拉控制应力0.75fpk(1395MPa)。根据预应力钢绞线检测报告及我国现行15.2mm钢绞线的技术规范:单股钢绞线有效截面积A=140mm2,11束钢绞线A11=14011=1540 mm2;10束钢绞线A10=14011=1400 mm2;9束钢绞线A9=14011=1260 mm2;8束钢绞线A8=1408=1120mm2。当张拉控制应力为100%时,边跨边梁N1钢绞线两端张拉力FN1=N1* A11=139515401000=2148.3KN;N2钢绞线两端张拉力FN2=N2* A10=139514001000=1953KN;N3钢绞线两端张拉力FN3=N3* A10=139514001000=1953KN;当张拉控制应力为100%时,边跨中梁N1钢绞线两端张拉力FN1=N1* A9=139512601000=1757.7KN;N2钢绞线两端张拉力FN2=N2* A9=139512601000=1757.7KN;N3钢绞线两端张拉力FN3=N3* A9=139512601000=1757.7KN;当张拉控制应力为100%时,中跨边梁N1钢绞线两端张拉力FN1=N1* A10=139514001000=1953KN;N2钢绞线两端张拉力FN2=N2* A9=139512601000=1757.7KN;N3钢绞线两端张拉力FN3=N3* A9=139512601000=1757.7KN;当张拉控制应力为100%时,中跨中梁N1钢绞线两端张拉力FN1=N1* A9=139512601000=1757.7KN;N2钢绞线两端张拉力FN2=N2* A8=139511201000=1562.4KN;N3钢绞线两端张拉力FN3=N3*
