Read and write 1. 小组合作读会单词。2. 独立完成填空。3. 交流反馈。4. 熟读句子。Setp4.Look and write1. 指名读单词。2. 完成填空。集体交流。布置作业1. 记忆本单元单词。2.掌握本单元句型。板书设计Again Pleasebasketball ,ping_pong ,throw ,catchI like to These those heavy light asked answered this that审核意见高效阅读的第二要务是把握所读内容的重点，甚至几个关键词即可。前三章里面，作者最核心的是提出了学习的两个基本要素：兴趣、专注。兴趣可以让我们更主动、积极，更愿意表达自我，就好比作者在书中提到：第一年的象棋比赛非常顺利，和同龄人相比，总是战无不胜，或许最关键的因素就是表达自我。专注：连续8个小时完全沉浸于一个棋局的分析，在烟雾缭绕、旁观插画、嘲笑讽刺不断的公园中下棋。完全融入下棋这项活动，挖掘自己的思维潜能。要有正确的学习理念：整体理论和渐进理论整体理论：把学习的能力看成是一个固定的不能再进步的状态，把成败归结于与生俱来、无法改变的能力水平。渐进理论：事情都是可以改善的，认为世上无难事，只怕有心人，只要通过努力，一步一步、循序渐进就能获得成功。认为，学习不好是没掌握正确的思维方式和训练方法。两种理论的心理学测试对比：“整体理论”者：遇到困难，更容易急躁甚至放弃。“渐进理论”者：在困难面前，更愿意迎接挑战。我们每个人的都不一样，存在着千差万别，而且这种差别只是一个最底层的东西，更重要的是我们要知道自己有学习和改变的能力。虽然每个人在不同领域的起点是不一样的，但每个人可以通过学习改变自己在不同领域的能力的，这就是渐进理论的观点。本书非常精彩，是一个在两个领域都取得多次世界冠军的大师级人物，在美国有影响力的传奇人物以自己的亲身经历梳理和总结反思学习过程的实践之做。效果更好，把心理表征这个比较抽象的概念形象具体的进行了一次完整阐释。用的相当准确，Josh学习的艺术就是顺应身体的感觉开发身体的灵感在大限度的把大脑的灵性开发出来的方法，绝非死板的办法。学习时如何专注从而调动大脑的学习能力，比赛时如何调整最佳的心理状态。“细腻的感觉难以把握的心理状态”日常生活中的要求并不高但在高水平的竞赛中变得非常重要，本书就是精细的简介了Josh在感觉和心理状态地方法和研究。特别值得一提的是软区域和漩涡效应。“感觉和心理状态”是精妙和难以言传的，当我们要深入研究和学习专项技能的时候具有非凡的价值。但是我们知道任何技能或理论都有边界，那么这个学习之道的边界在哪里？如果能结合笛卡尔的不可知论，可见学习之道依赖于人的感觉通道，更多的是经验性的和感觉性的而不是抽象的和逻辑性的。在技能的经验的学习中是非常有用的，例如艺术，棋类，太极等；在需要抽象思考逻辑推理思考的学科中应该没有用武之地。明白了学习之道的边界加深了我对学习之道的理解。依然是学习之道这本书，不过目前市面上存在两本学习之道，前几天看到是维茨金的，这本书芭芭拉的。两本不一样，但都非常值得阅读和学习是人集中注意力去认识，理解，记忆，解决问题时的思维模式，在这种模式下，人的注意力会高度集中，心情更加紧张，甚至呼吸都停滞了。比如我们以前都跑过1000米，在正式开跑之前都要做准备，当裁判员喊出“预备跑”，这几个字的时候，大家就蹭的一下窜出去了，这就是专注思维模式。发散思维模式，是大脑在相对放松时的一种模式，在这种模式之下，大脑的神经元处于放松的状态，注意力涣散。比如我们过年放假，我们飞到南半球去过夏天，在海边吹着舒服的海风，躺在沙滩上，或者摇摇床上，心情舒适，放着轻柔的音乐，似睡非睡，。这就是发散思维模式。想象一下手电筒其实，可以用一个非常形象的比喻，就是手电筒，不过不是手机的手电筒，而是传统的家用电器手电筒。手电筒可以聚焦、扩焦，当手电筒聚焦死后，光束更强更密集，但区域小，只能照到一个点，这就是我们处在专注思维的时候。当我们处在发散思维的时候，光束分散，看的区域更大，但是光的强度会非常低。所以，如果我们要学习、解决某个事物，就可以用聚焦的专注模式，而如果我们要理解或者接受新鲜事物，那么最好用扩焦。当我们锁定一个方向之后，就可以转换为聚焦。其实，当我们长时间用专注模式考虑一个问题时，就会有许多想法，有一些是造成问题的思维，有一些是解决问题的思维，但当我们找不到它们之间的联系，就可以通过这种切换手电筒的方式进行思维的转换，让我们把造成问题的思维和解决问题的思维分离开来。很多人看过刘未鹏的暗时间，里面提到过一个栗子，原文大概是：他父亲自己在家组装电视机，全都安好后，电视就是不出图像。父亲白思不得其解。结果睡到半夜，突然想到是哪里出了问题，立刻起床修整，果然电视能看了。还一次是父亲帮刘未鹏的妹妹辅导高中数学，碰到一道题解不出，父亲又是在睡午觉时，想到了解题方法，做出了题目。刘未鹏将这个
