. 一、规格1、 电源：单相AC110-220V，0.75-1KW，50/60HZ2、 空气压力：0.4-0.6MP3、 尺寸：300*290*370mm4、 重量：32Kg 二、机器全体构成及说明全体构成图 三、操作说明1、 插上电源，插上气管2、 打开总电源开头，各电气部件通电正常，整机进入待机状态。3、 打开气源开关，把气压送进机内，调侧过滤器，拉起圆钮，旋转调至压力5Kg，数字气压表有显示，旋动精密调压阀使气压表为所需值（例如：350=0.35MP=3.5Kgf=3.5个大气压力）4、 触摸屏显示：如（图一）5、轻触显示屏开机按钮，如（图2）平台气缸推出，设备自动进入无泡工作待机状态，如（图2）6、此时将待压屏放在托盘上，按启动开关开始进入自动无泡工作模式，如（图3）：无泡模式贴合一次工作产品全过程可在3-5分钟的时间完成，时间可调高效模式贴合一次工作产品全过程可在20-50秒钟的时间完成，时间可调7、 若需要修改贴合参数可点触键盘输入设置密码（9988）即可显示和修改相关参数（规定了设定范围）如（图4）：8、 若要切换高效贴合模式，可返回到第2步点触高效模式。9、 自动运行中紧急情况下按急停键，设备将进入待机状态，请注意托盘进出，以免夹伤。10、 贴合过程中，如果要提前出仓，点击出仓键即可。11、 按电源键关机，托盘自动关闭后再关闭进气阀。12、 温度设置：按一下SET键，再按上、下键，调至所需温度，设置完成。 四、注意事项1、 气压总是调不大，请检查空压机本身的气压是否过低。2、 触摸屏通信不良，请检查显示屏与PLC的连接电缆两端的连接头是否松动。3、 开机后仓门不会自动打开，请注意数字压力表，压力要在显示200以上，右侧指针压力表要在4（Kg）-6（Kg）之间。4、 机器不通电，请检查保险丝（15A）是否熔断并更换。5、 贴合机工作过程中，忽然关机后再开机，仓门不会自动开，是因为仓内保持着真空，此时按一下出仓键或急停键后，右旋弹出即可开仓门。6、 开机后显示无泡模式和高效模式，如没有选择某模式自动进入无泡模式。7、 无泡模式：贴合时间在3分钟-5分钟可调。 高效模式：贴合时间在10秒-30秒可调。8、 仓门动作的快慢与压力相关。9、 真空泵的电源线一定要插在贴合机上。10、 贴合进程中：真空泵一直工作长时间仓门不开，是因为真空度达不到（设定为-98），请检查真空泵到贴合机的连接气管两头是否锁紧，真空泵镜面是否有一半以上高的油面。11、 如果产品掉入仓内，请不要关机，先把进气阀关闭（空压机上），按下急停键后关机，用其他工具取出，急停键右旋弹出正常开机，打开气阀后正常使用。12、 如果显示屏后面有IC的产品，利用备用硅胶片相对位置开孔，放入托盘保证产品平整，预防爆屏。13、 如果产品气泡比较多，请注意负压，设定是否在（-98以上），正压力可相对调高。14、 开机后，只听到气流声，仓门不出来。急停键已被压下，把急停键向右转一下，弹出即可。 One. Pressure always tune is not big, please check whether the pressure of the air compressor itself is too low.2. Touch screen,poor communication,please check the screen and PLC at the ends of the connecting cable connector is loose.3. After startup storehouse door will not open automatically,please note that the digital pressure gauge on the right side (kg)in4-6(kg).4. Without power to the machine,please check if the fuse(15a)fuse and replace.5. In the process of the joint work,suddenly turned off again after boot,storehouse door does not automatically open,because the interior of the warehouse in the vacuum,at this time click the CangJian or abrupt stop button,dextral popup can open the door.6. After startup display without bubble model and efficient,if not choose a mode is automatically entered into without bubble.7. No bubble mode:joint time adjustable in 3 to 5 minutes.8.
