齐齐哈尔市 2010 年英语学科考试说明一、命题范围与原则(一)命题范围齐齐哈尔市2010年初中毕业学业考试英语学科以外语教学与研究出版社出版的九年义务教育初级中学英语教材新标准(试验本)为基础。命题的范围是英语课程标准之“内容标准”中五级目标的内容、要求及相关的附录,同时参考三级和四级的内容和要求。(二)命题原则除了绪言中描述的命题原则外,本学科还应遵循下列原则:1.着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力命题要以全面、准确地考查学生的综合语言运用能力为宗旨,真正落实“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价指导思想,通过听、读、写等形式考查学生综合语言运用能力。 2.充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平试题所选择的语言素材和创设的语言运用情境,要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验及当时社会发展状况。试题素材的选择和题型的设计要与学生的身心发展水平相适应。3.选用真实、地道的语言素材,根据语言实际情形命题在选择语言素材时,尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材,尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境,尽可能使试题任务接近或类似现实生活中语言使用的实际情形。二、考查内容与说明(一)听力技能听力技能指学生对口头语言材料的理解能力以及从口头语言材料中获取信息的能力。在理解信息的基础上,学生还要能够对信息进行判断、归纳、综合。(二)口语技能能够回答有关个人信息的问题,并就较熟悉的话题与他人进行交流,特别是在真实语境中沟通信息、描述事物与情感、发表观点和意见的能力。鉴于口语考试仍在实验中,口语技能的考查将分散在笔试试题之中。(三)阅读技能2010年齐齐哈尔市初中毕业学业考试英语学科把阅读技能作为主要考查内容之一,着重考查学生理解各种题材和体裁的书面材料的能力以及从各种材料中获取信息的能力。适当选用一些实用性的语言材料作为试题的素材,如广告、告示、说明书、指令等。(四)写的技能写的技能指运用所学语言知识与技能,以书面的形式进行信息沟通、再现生活经历、描述周围事物、发表意见和观点的能力。着重考查学生以书面形式表达真实意义或传递信息的能力。(五)语言知识的运用能力语言知识的运用能力主要考查学生在一定的语境中运用语音知识、语法知识、词汇知识、语用知识、语言交际的能力。对知识的考查不是孤立地考查某些知识点,更不是机械地考查对知识的记忆情况。三、试题难度、试卷长度与分值比例(一)试题难度英语学科考试难度按易、中、难划分,拟定比例为7:2:1。难度系数应在0.650.7之间。(二)试卷长度英语学科考试采取书面笔答闭卷的方式,试卷采用16开8页布局,由大约86个小题组成,考试时间120分钟,满分120分。(三)分值比例1.听力20分。(约占16.7%)2.笔试100分。其中:单项选择15分(约占12.5%)、完形填空15分(约占12.5%)、情景交际20分(约占16.7%)、阅读理解35分(约占29.2%)、书面表达15分(约占12.5%)。四、题型与赋分.Listening.20分Part One .Choose the right picture according to what you hear. 5分(5小题)Part Two. Match the best choice from A to G according to what you hear. 5分(5小题)Part Three. Choose the right answer according to what you hear. 5分(5小题)Part Four. Write an 80 to 100 words passage according to the pictures or words given. 15分五、试题说明与列举第一题(听力)听力试题每题中速读两遍,考试时间15-20分钟,采取播放录音形式。要求考生从所听内容中,获取具体信息,理解领会说话者的观点、态度及意图等。考生在应答第四部分时,只需答写关键信息词,无须考虑时态、人称等变化,无需进行完整回答,目的是考查学生在听音过程中获取信息的能力,淡化对所获信息的精确语言加工能力的考查,对有效地培养学生听力能力有很好的导向。Part One Choose the right picture according to the dialogue you hear. Complete the note according to what you hear.(一)说明:此类题要求考生根据所听内容及设题要求完成note,考查学生在听音过程中获取信息的能力。本题听音材料是件发生在Wei Hua和Dongdong生活中的事。所要答题的5个点包括时间,人物,地点,事件和结果,只要学生能答对主旨即赋分。(二)实例列举:Time: Person: Place:Happening: Result:录音原文:On a rainy day, when school was over, Dongdong and Wei Hua were going home together with one umbrella. They both got wet, but they were very happy.答案:Time: (on )a rainy day Person: Dong Dong and Wei Hua Place: at school (on the way home) Happening: take down the national flag to keep out of the rain Result: both wet, but happy 第二题(单项选择)此题主要考查学生的基础知识掌握情况,包括:语法、词汇、固定搭配、交际用语等,所考核内容均设计在语境中,非正确的选项也都具有干扰功能,以考查学生在特定情景中的应用所学知识的能力。(一)说明:题干设计一般都有一定的语境,考生作答时要考虑整个句子的结构及意义,不要只顾及局部结构。(二)实例列举: ( ) 1. A. turning downB. turning onC. turning up答案:A第三题(完形填空)在一个意思完整的短文中,留出一定的空白,要求考生根据短文内容及每空所提供的选项,选出最佳答案,使补全后的短文意思通顺、前后连贯、结构完整、语法正确。此题即涉及语法、词法、固定搭配,又涉及通过篇章语境获取信息、处理信息的语用能力。(一)说明完形填空的文字材料难度应略低于阅读理解的材料,所选材料一般含有比较丰富的语言形式和紧凑的篇章结构,试题所涉及的各类考点(词汇、语法的运用、上下文的理解和篇章结构安排)一般都均衡分布。(二)实例列举:Nowadays most kids use a computer.
