学习以团队协作的模式开展工作;(3) 开拓: 通过思考、改进,实现在原有工作基础上的创新与突破2、 设计概况2.1 工程概况本工程为湖北武汉市某康复医院温湿度独立调节空调系统设计该医院楼位于武汉市,总共6层,总建筑面积3422平方米。主要房间朝南北向,层高为3m。地下一层由仓库、餐厅及特殊用房组成,地上部分主要由康复病房、各科门诊、药房及其他辅助用房组成。该医院温湿度独立调节空调系统设计主要内容包括:设计方案选择,冬季供热工况及夏季供冷工况空气处理过程分析;负荷计算,经统计分析,确定风机盘管选型、各层新风机组选型、制冷机房的高温冷水机组选型。2.2设计顺序1 采用温湿度独立控制满足不同时刻热湿比不断变化的要求,避免病房内潮湿表面的存在,减少细菌的滋生,确保病房空气质量;2 冷源选用螺杆水冷式高温冷水机组;热源采用集中供热的热水,经板式换热器换热实现;每层设置溶液调湿新风机组;3 经由溶液调湿新风机组处理的新风用散流器往下送至房间,病房采用风机盘管侧送风,办公室、值班室采用四面出风式风机盘管往下送。3、 相关设计参数1、室外设计参数城市:武汉 2、室内设计参数房间夏季冬季新风量温度相对湿度%温度相对湿度%疗养病房2555205030手术室2550245020办公室2555204530餐厅2555185030仓库2655105030四、楼层各房间冷热负荷计算结合建筑平面设计图纸,借助鸿业暖通空调负荷计算软件计算,再次结合焓湿图,进行冬季供热工况及夏季供冷工况空气处理过程分析(过程分析如图1),参考设计书和设计说明书按以下步骤得出其余参数。图 11.湿度控制系统(1) 根据室内湿负荷确定除湿新风量运用公式:式中:Qf,w-满足除湿要求的新风量,m3/h Wr-建筑室内产湿负荷,g/h a-气密度,取1.2kg/m3 Dn-室内设计参数空气含湿量,g/kg (根据各房间夏季设计温度与相对湿度查焓湿图求得) Df-新风机组最低含湿量,取 8g/kg将计算所得Qf,w与房间新风量进行比较,取大者作为该房间的送风量。(二)确定送风状态点A. 新风含湿量确定运用公式:式中:Gw 上一步经比较求得的送风量,m3/hB. 新风温度确定根据各房间的含湿量,查焓湿图求得露点温度。根据各房间露点温度,确定冷冻水供回水温度。冷冻水回水温度即为新风经过预冷后的温度。确定送风温差。(送风温差=设计室温-预冷后新风温度)确定送风温度。(送风温度=预冷后新风温度-送风温差)则送风状态点为:(新风温度)、(新风含湿量)(三)新风机组承担的负荷A、计算新风预冷负荷运用公式:式中:hf 室外新风焓值,kJ/kg (根据武汉夏季空调室外干球温度和夏季通风室外相对湿度查焓湿图确定) hp 预冷后焓值,kJ/kg (根据W1点温度和相对湿度查焓湿图确定)B、计算新风承担室内部分显热负荷运用公式:式中:QHS 新风承担的室内显热负荷,kw C 空气比热容,取1.005kJ/(kg*) tn 室内设计温度, ts 新风机组送风温度, C、计算风机盘管承担的负荷运用公式:式中:QT 风机盘管承担的负荷,kw QS 室内显热负荷,kw D、计算新风机组承担的负荷运用公式:Q新 =Q-QT式中:Q新 新风机组承担的负荷,kw Q 室内总负荷(含新风),kw(4)
