Unit 2 What should I do?一、课标(考试说明)内容语言技能听:能听懂谈论关于“麻烦和问题”等话题的对话或素材。说:1.能谈论在学校和家庭中遇到的种种麻烦和问题;2.能为他人找到合理的解决办法并提出相应的建议;3.能为自己的问题找到解决办法;4.能对他人提出的建议作出评判。读:能读懂关于提出问题、并对相关问题提出合理建议的文章。写:能用情态动词should/could写出建议,并写出合理的解决方法。语言知识语音:在朗读关于提出建议和寻找解决方法的对话或文章时,做到语音和语调基本正确,自然流畅。词汇:1.识记:argue, style, okay, bake, tutor, original, haircut, upset, pressure, complain, pushy, adult, organized, on the phone, part-time job, bake sale, the same as, fitinto; 2.理解:compare;3.运用:play, wrong, could, ticket, surprise, either, except, fail, return, football, until, fit, include, push, send, crazy, themselves, keep out, out of style, call sb. up, pay for, in style, get on, asas possible, all kinds of, on the one hand, on the other hand。语法:1.能掌握并运用could/should来提出建议和寻求解决方法;2.能正确运用I dont know why. /I dont know what to do.等句型来表达自已的困难。功能:谈论遇到的问题,并就相关问题给出建议。话题:Advice。情感态度1.通过讨论遇到的各种问题和烦恼,培养学生团结协作、虚心接受他人意见的良好品质,并发展学生的人际交往能力。2.通过调查了解周围同学存在的压力,制定帮助他们减轻压力的计划,树立自信心。学习策略认知策略:在学习中积极思考,认真寻求解决问题的方法;调控策略:在课堂上积极参加交流活动。交际策略:在交际中遇到困难时,有效地寻求帮助,听取合理的建议和解决办法。资源策略:能使用字典等工具书查找新单词的相关信息。文化意识了解外国学生在学习和生活中遇到的烦恼和问题,培养如何缓解压力的能力。二、教学要求基本要求1.能运用情态动词could/should提出建议,并找出合理的解决方法;2.掌握并运用单词表中的课标单词。发展要求1.能用书面形式表达遇到的问题和相关的解决方法;2.掌握Self check阅读文章中的阅读技巧。说明1.在教授学生提出问题和寻找解决方法时,应该为学生创设具体的教学情境,“在做中学”、“在学中用”。2.教授self check的阅读部分时,应把重点放在教授阅读技巧上。3.作业布置要面向全体学生,进行分层次布置作业。三、教学建议 1、课时分配第一课时: Section A 1a 1b 1c 2a 2b 2c第二课时: Section A 3a 3b 4 Section B 1a 2a 2b第三课时: Section B 3a 3b 3c 4 Self Check 2 第四课时: Maybe you should learn to relax!
