Greetings T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you. Ss:Nice to meet you,too. T: Im very very happy to be here with you(能和你们在一起我真是感到非常非常的高兴)Today we are going to learn unit 3 My friends (师板书课题) Do you have friends?Ss: yes 2.Groups divided. T:Today we have groups here, group 1, 2, 3 and 4. Lets see which group is the best. Ss:he is tall and strong T:Whats his name ?Ss:his name is _2,教师用自己的身体外貌特征来说句子。I have small eyes/nose/ears,引导学生说句子,I have. . . . . . .she/he has (教师请出三位具有代表的同学上台当模特,进行modle show ,然后请同学们用所学过的句型描述以上三位模特,)3 Lets read (师出示英语课本P29图片) sarah has many friends but ,But we dont know who is Ben/James/Ann/ Kate? Dont worry. Here are some description about them. Lets listen and find whos James, ok?1. Listen and guess who I descrip T:He has short hair .He has a big green bag.What is his name ? S1:(上台指出ppt的人物)Hes James. T:whats he like? Hes. Ss: He has short hair. He has a green bag. T: yes. You all have a good listening. This time, please open your book, turn to page 29. Look at the first line of the passege. Its about James. Now underline the key words. (ppt 呈现Tip 1 :Find the key words) Ss: short hair, green bag. T: Dont forget “he”. Its an important clue. “he” means a boy, and “she” a girl. Right? 2. Scanning T: There are some description about the other three. Now take out your pencil, please read carefully and underline the key words. Try to match the description with the person.(2min.) Tip 2:use the picture. T: Look at the second line of the passsege. Who can tell us the key words?S2: long hair, orange shoes.S3: she. T: you are clever. Whats her name? S4: Ann. T:Next description, key words? Ss: shes tall, friendly,blue hat. T:Who is she?S5:Kate. T:so the last description is about Ben. Key words? Ss: short, thin, glasses. 3.Listen and imitate. Reading skill: When we are doing the exercise, we can scan the text. Catch the key words, and then find out the correct answer. 4.Tip 3: how to descrip a person. T: From the passege, how do we descrip a person? Height(身高): tall VS short Weight(体重): thin VS strong Hai(头发)r: long hair VS short hair Eyes(眼睛): big VS small Shoes(鞋子)/glasses(眼镜)/bag(书包)5.
