Unit 5 Our School LifeTopic 3 My school life is very interesting.Section C一、教学目标1. 能根据已学语音、音标及发音规则,正确朗读和拼写下列词汇:study, outdoor, activity, attention, between, stamp, Saturday, from.to, night, sound 2. 能够在阅读活动与写作汇报中,用一般现在时描述校园生活。3. 能够就“校园生活的海报、新闻”等话题进行交流与信息输出,如:(1) Attention, please!(2) There is a soccer game between Class One and Class Two on the playground at 5:00 this afternoon. (3) Do you want to see different kinds of stamps?(4) Come to the Stamp Show in the school hall. 4. 能够通过阅读海报和新闻,了解含义及格式,并能进一步训练和巩固本话题所学知识,培养学生综合语言技能。5能够掌握字母组合ear, ere / eir, eer, gh / ght的发音。6. 能通过谈论校园生活,增进同学之间的了解,培养学生对校园生活的热爱之情。二、教学重点及难点1. 在阅读活动与写作汇报中,学会用一般现在时描述校园生活;2. 就“校园生活的海报、新闻”等话题进行交流与信息输出。三、教学准备教师:教学课件;多媒体设备学生:课前预习四、教学过程Step 1 Warming-up1. Ask Ss to do an oral practice to review what theyve learned.【设计意图】通过让学生根据图片信息和句型框架完成对话,在复习上节课知识的同时,训练学生的口语表达能力。2. Ask Ss to look at some pictures about the school activities and answer the questions. e.g.T: What is the activity?S: Playing basketball.T: What do you think of their feelings?S: They had a good time.【设计意图】通过看图片,回答与学校活动有关的问题,引出今天要学习的内容。Step 2 Pre-readingWork on 1a1. Ask Ss to look at the pictures and answer the question “What kind of outdoor activities do they do?”2. Ask Ss to look at pictures and the title and guess what the passage is about?【设计意图】训练学生根据图片和文章标题预测文章内容,为下面的学习做好铺垫。Step 3 While-readingWork on 1aAsk Ss to read the passage individually and circle True or False. Then check the answers together.(1) Hu Bin likes his school life a lot. True False (2) Hu Bin likes math best. True False(3) Hu Bin has six classes every weekday. There is a soccer game between Class One and Class Two on the playground at 5:00 this afternoon. 请注意!今天下午五点,一班和二班在操场上举行一场足球赛。(1) Attention, please! 是书面或口头通知的常用语,目的在于提醒别人注意。(2) between 是介词,意为“在之间;在中间”,一般只两者之间,betweenand是介词短语,意为“在和之间”。e.g. The bank is between the hospital and the school. 银行在医院和学校中间。2. Do you want to see different kinds of stamps? 你想看各种各样的邮票吗?kind在此处为名词,意为“种类”。e.g. There are many kinds of animals in the zoo. 在动物园有许多种动物。kind of 还有“一点儿,稍微”之意,后接形容词或副词。e.g. The panda is kind of cute. 这只熊猫有点可爱。【设计意图】讲解本课重要的语言点,帮助学生掌握相关知识。Work on 21. Ask Ss to read the news and posters and pay attention to their formats.2. Ask Ss to read the news and posters again and learn about Hu Bins interesting school life. Then answer the following questions.(1) When does the soccer game begin?(2) Where can we see the Stamp Show?(3) What movies can we watch? 3. Check the answers together.4. Ask Ss to write a piece of news and then make a poster to show their own school life. Then show a sample before writing. e.g.A Basketball GameAttention, please. There is a basketball game between Class 7 and Class 8 on the playground at 5:30 this Saturday afternoon. Please come and watch it.5.
