施工现场临时用电安全技术规范二、施工部位的概况分析1、项目特称：本工程为北京汽车产业研发基地项目，工程地址在北京市顺义区双河路。包括地下部分和地上部分，由我单位施工的V区地下二层游泳池。其中V区游泳池出地面有16个采光井,高度分别为：4.75m、4.85m、4.95m、5.19m不等。应建设单位要求，在原来已完采光井砼圈梁外侧增加240mm砖墙，并在内外圈设置210*600mm孔洞。内圈梁为钢筋混凝土结构，早已经施工完毕，需要剔凿并拆除安装完的水泥板、 40*40*3mm方管等。2、环境因素：由于建设单位要求，在已经施工完毕的地上采光井砼外侧壁增加砖墙，而此时，采光井周围已经将草、树木等绿色植物栽种完毕，为保证不破坏绿色植物，能正常使用大型运输设备，材料运输非常困难，为了保工期，施工只能采取人工装卸运输，在树木间仅有的小路上用独轮车运行，相应增加了运输费用，采光井内侧拆除费用也相应增加，见后附图纸。三、施工准备1、 材料、工具准备：1） 施工工具：应备有大铲、刨锛、托线板、线坠、小白线、卷尺、水平尺、皮数杆、小水捅、灰槽、砖夹子、扫帚、铁锹15把，铁抹子6把，风镐1台，水平仪及配套设备、气焊用氧气、乙炔等。2） 材料准备：现场备足机制MU15页岩砖，P.O42.5水泥、中砂、30mm厚苯板、苯板粘接用砂浆，拉结用6钢筋。2、 人员准备：现场壮工： 20人，技术工种:10人，测量人员2人，管理人员3人机修1人。四、施工安排劳动力安排计划：现场周围是绿色植物，主要是各种树木，只有树林间唯一的小路可以通行。因为无合适的大型设备运输道路，现场施工所有材料全部人工装独轮小车倒运。（后附材料运输路线示意图）1）砌筑外围护墙、预置砼过梁、外抹灰成活因为考虑室外已经全部绿化完毕，材料运输相当困难，施工日期15天，分成4组，每组2人，负责装卸、推运。其中2组运送砂浆，2组运送砖砌体其它材料等，分四处进行水平运输，共增加用工:120个工日，包括材料装卸运输等。其余砌筑、抹灰、粉刷等执行预算定额标准按工程量计算。2）内外采光井剔凿环形钢筋砼梁、收口。整体计划施工内，每天安排相关人员运输。包括：材料运输、垃圾运输，垃圾运到现场指定地点，距离施工现场500米左右。现场共16个圆形采光井，人工送运垃圾、材料等分别送往每个施工地点。采光井下搭设架子，并拆除井内设施并恢复等等，发生增加用架子工、割除用电焊工、粉刷、木工、运输用工等。五、主要施工方法（一）施工顺序:基础开挖墙面保护层苯板铺设墙体砌筑（安装过梁、预留洞口）外墙抹灰采光井外回填土、土方夯实。（二）具体施工措施：1、土方开挖：根据设计尺寸，将采光井外回填的种植土开挖到原设计楼板顶标高处。开挖时一定注意保护花草树木，防止破坏，因为考虑基础砌筑完后要进行回填，土方不要放到太远的地方，就近堆放，开挖不要破坏防水层。2、 砖砌体接槎处灰浆应密实，缝、砖平直。4、预留洞口、安装过梁：1）因为通风采光的需要，外墙体预留210*600洞口。在砌筑洞口位置之前，应该先对设计开口标高处的钢筋混凝土内梁进行符合，如不合适，先剔凿，采用机械风镐剔凿，在人工钢钎细化剔凿。现场统计，共28处需要不同成度的剔凿。共计用工日32个工日，机械风镐台班;7个台班。剔凿完毕后，用同原砼标号高标号水泥砂浆收口抹灰，抹灰用工：10工日。运输用工：8个。尺寸保证设计尺寸，并与外墙体位置一致。2）墙体上洞口位置按照设计图纸要求，在洞口上边设置现浇混凝土过梁，内配置钢筋，主钢筋上下各314钢筋，箍筋8150长度洞口每边搭接25cm，高度240mm。支设模板一定要保证结构尺寸，用多层复合板支设。5、 墙体抹灰：施工步骤：墙面清理浇水润湿墙面吊垂直、套方、抹灰饼、充筋弹灰层控制线基层处理抹底层砂浆养护所用材料的品种、质量必须符合设计要求，各抹灰层之间，及抹灰层与基体之间必须粘结牢固，无脱层、空鼓，面层无爆灰和裂缝等缺陷。6、回填土方：砌筑、抹灰完成后进行回填工作，回填时，应该分层进行夯填，每30CM一步。回填用土仍用原来挖出的土质。7、增加项目：采光井内侧壁环形砼梁剔凿。由于现场已经将内部施工完毕。包括内侧壁水泥板基层防水乳胶漆面层两层，并需要将内侧壁40*40*3mm方管割除，并按照洞口位置重新焊接，封闭割除洞口位置的水泥板，并恢复原状，包括批腻子，刷乳胶漆，制作窗框等，16个采光井分段流水施工。为保证采光井内环剔凿，需在室内采光井内搭设架子。采光井最大高度5.3米，直径最大5.8米。搭设高度从绿可木吊顶面下到予凿洞口位置，采用48*3.0钢管，横纵向1.5M，步距1.5米，范围包括采光井在内。距离洞口下1.5米处铺设脚手板，用于操作，该处四边用安全网封闭。拆除的废料全部人工运输到室外垃圾点。总计用架子工：18 个工日，割除用电焊工：15工日，垃圾外运等零星用工：18个，粉刷工：16个，木工制作窗框：首先用角钢制作钢框，在用铆钉将纤维板拉结固定在框体上，合计用工32个工日。
