High security performance. （2） 可实现遥控和现场操作。Enable remote control and on-site operation.（3） 开度指示采用齿轮传动，精确可靠，并具有开、闭信号灯光指示。Opening direction by gear transmission, accurate and reliable and has open and close signal lighting instructions.闸门在启闭机的作用下，相对于门框作上下垂直运动，同时可运用楔块的工作原理及结合加工精度、密封材料等，使密封面有效地贴合，达到放水和止水的作用，渗漏量小。The Gate relative to the door frame and make up and down vertical motion under the action of the headstock gear.While make use of the working principle of the wedges and combine precision, sealing materials, so that effectively fit the sealing surface to the role of drainage ,water proof and small amount of leakage.3. 安装Installation在安装启闭机和闸门时应按以下步骤进行，以免发生事故。The installation for headstock gear and gate should be carried out as the following steps to prevent accidents3.1 检查和准备Check and preparel 对照装箱单检查闸门、启闭机各部件是否完整、有无损坏。Check if the gate, headstock gear parts according to packing list are complete, with or without damage. l 根据闸门、启闭机的安装图检查闸门、启闭机的安装位置及土建尺寸是否与图纸相符。According to gate and headstock gear installation diagram to check if the installation location of gate and headstock gear size match with the civil drawings.l 检查预埋件是否准备好，保证预埋钢板在同一平面内，其平面度允差小于5。Check if the embedded part is ready to ensure the embedded steel is in the same plan. The flatness tolerance less than 5 mm.l 检查闸门孔中心与启闭机螺杆预留孔是否保持铅垂，其偏差应小于1/500。Check if the gate opening and closing screw hole centers are set aside to maintain the plumb, the deviation should be less than 1 / 500.l 检查各安装工具是否准备齐全。Check if the installation tool. are complete.注意：安装必须具备的工具有：电焊机（包括电源）、气割、活扳手、汽吊及吊装工具。Note: The installation must have the tools include: welding machine (including power supply), gas cutting, spanner, steam cranes and lifting tools.3.2 安装闸门Gate installationl 将土建预埋板与已经到位的闸门预埋板（连接在闸门体上）相焊接。Weld the civil embedded board and gate embedded plate (connected to the gate body) 注意：焊接时应使闸门两导轨固定在土建预埋板时保持铅垂。焊接采用续焊接的方法进行施工。焊接完毕后，闸门与墙壁间有一定尺寸缝隙。Note: The welding of two rail of the gate should be fixed to the civil embedded plate to maintain plumb when welding. After welding, a certain size gap between gates and walls.l 打开闸门盖，由缝隙的内侧向外侧堵塞相当数量的石棉及膨胀水泥的混合物。Open the gates cover,fill with significant number of asbestos and expanded cement mixture.from inside of gap to outside.3.3 安装启闭机Headstock gear installationl 先确定启闭机的位置，即将启闭机螺杆孔中心与闸门轴心调整到同垂直线上。Confirm the position of headstock gear, adjust the screw hole center and gate axes to the same vertical line.l 然后再加上螺杆，将其与闸门用销连接。Then coupled with the screw, connect the gate with pin.注意：用手摇动启闭机，看其转动是否灵活，可微调连接钢板。Note: shake the headstock gear by hands, see if turning flexible, fine-tune the connection plate.l 将启闭机座上的连接钢板与横梁焊接在一起。Weld the connecting steelplate of the headstock gear and beam channel together.注意：如启闭机无连接钢板时，应将螺栓先焊接在土建预埋钢板上，再将启闭机固定在所置位置上。Note: If the headstock gear can not connect the steel plate,weld bolts on the civil embedded steel plate and then fix the headstock gear position.3.4 电器部分的接线Electrical wiring partl 由专职电工按电器接线图将电控箱与启闭机相连。Connect the electric control box and headstock gear by the full-time electrician according to electrical wiring diagraml 自动限位器在闸门全关闭时调整好行程，然后将其固定在启闭机上端。Automatic limiter will adjust travel when full closed, and then fixed on the top of the. headstock gear4. 试运行Test runl 试运行之前先检查各部分是否全部安装到位。Check whether all the parts in place before test run l 先用手摇动启闭机，看是否转达到灵活。Shake the headstock gear by hands to see if the switch flexible.l 转动启闭机，看闸门上下移动是否平稳。Turn the headstock gear, see if stable move up and down .5. . 操作与维护 Operation and maintenance下面介绍一些日常维护的要求。如果设备有什么故障需要进行大修，可与我公司售后服务部联系。Here are some routine maintenance requirements.
