of the people to develop its nature We have looked at the exam oriented education for a long time whether harmed the students or missed some capacity that the development of the students they don t have the opportunity of self development and space phenomena the answer is certain In the English teaching long term use of full asked which will inevitably cause such a result Now aiming at education from the needs of the community we should develop the person who has research ability and acceptable ability From the needs of students development we cannot just stay in helping them become 3 college students We should promote students ability of self learning in English teaching Teachers teach and achieve the purpose of teaching English at last On the basis of liberal arts subjects the teaching of English not only aims at helping students master the language itself but also trains the students observation thinking ability imagination and trains the students to express feelings the ability of social awareness and trains the students to the temperament of inner beauty which let students understand the background of culture by language teaching If we only stay in teaching character words sentences and the basic knowledge language training the students will not be able to improve the ability of using languages do not show the characteristics of English subject in the high school In the English teaching teachers should use the correct ways to transfer the teaching stage to students the students take open minded methods to study English increase the absorption English knowledge and improve the skills of English learning then achieve the task that the students finish self development activity and eventually reach improving the overall quality of this education reform needs as well as the needs of social development So how are we going to do a good job in high school English lesson to inspire students self regulated learning is a key problem 1 1 ChangingChanging thethe TraditionalTraditional TeachingTeaching Concepts Concepts To the stage give students teachers must first change the concept of teaching Long term examination oriented education makes students rely too much on teachers rely on textbooks and examinations for the ultimate goal which loses its grasp of the English language learning opportunities for the students detained for self development To develop of passive absorption of learning English can ultimately improve academic performance students should be allowed to understand that language knowledge and language ability are complementary and mutual reinforcing reasons At the same time teachers should help students improve their English results with facts to convince the students In addition the teachers have to change the concept of teaching different levels of learning activities such as dialogues and text contents of the study the ultimate aim of language Towards the poor students it is necessary to appropriately recite texts as they language is the key to small storage capacity does not have a strong sense of the phrase which obstructed their spoken organizations it should be stressed to them recited is the repeated reading until
