Especially, For the items with high risk priority number, The engineers responsible for “WI” or “MI” have responsibilities to point out corresponding actions in written description to avoid the potential failures.8.2 The ME engineers and supervisor responsible forIZT2238-XX project should monitor he process by the corresponding current process controls plan(s) of IZT2238-XX PFMEA.9.0 TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION:Engineers who is assigned in the PFMEA of the IZT2238-XX project core team should be trained to the TS16949 requirements concerning about the PFMEA topic and should familiar in the PFMEA preparation (LCM) guided document (VL-PLM-037).10.0 PROCEDURE: 10.1 As some of the production requirements of the model IZT2238-XX product are different from the companys other products ,all the special individual PFMEA presented in the following appendix are applied in the subject model only .10.2 Refer to the appendix for the PFMEA applications and then implement the procedures stated in (VL-FMEA-002) .11.0 RECORD: N/A12.
