Students know to ask and respond to suggestions about location.b. Students know to ask and answer the “Yes-No ” question.2. Ability objects: a. Students can describe the location of something using “inon abovebelowin front ofbehind”.b. Students can use the sentence structures to communicate with others in daily life.3. Moral objects: a. In the game teacher tells students :You should be a warmness person when someone needs help. b. In the game teacher tells students : You should be a methodical person. Dont ask mother for help everyday: “Mom, where is my ? Where is my ?” You should help your mother to tidy your house. Its not just your mothers duty.Teaching key and difficulty points:1. How to understand and use the important sentence structures above. Especially the preposition. 2. How to difference the single form and plural form.Teaching steps:Step1 Warm-up1. Greetings: Divide class into some groups with fruit .Using different body language to greet with the “fruit”.设计意图:、分组合作:用水果名称分类将喜欢同一类水果的人分成一小组可以复习上一课单词,还能拉近有相同爱好同学之间的距离,更好地促进后面小组合作的任务。Step2 Introduction1.Lead-in:Play a “Hide and seek” game : T: Where is the candy?Ss : Its in your mouth!T: Where are the candies?Ss: They are on the desk.T: Where is Li Ming? (师把某生藏在身后)Ss: He is ? (教师由此引出behind 然后逐个介绍其他的方位介词)设计意图:教师用以前学过的inon和把某生藏在身后的游戏自然地引出今天要学的behind和其他几个方位介词和句型、Practicea. Teacher use hands to help students to remember the preposition.b. Show the dialogs on PPT , then have students read the dialogs and have students work in pairs.Step3 Practice the dialogsActivity1: Teacher wants some counter cheives for the supermarket, who pass the test who can get the certificate .The students should answer employers questions about these dialogs we talk about today.设计意图:创设招聘会的真实情景来操练本课的句型,然后让学生小组合作表演真实的情景:现场招聘会。Activity 2:Have these little counter cheives employ some supermarket attendants, who can remember the location of the food very well, who can get the job and “Admission Notice”. Teacher hands out 3 pieces of the admission notice. Which group employ more supermarket attendants.设计意图:先是教师先招聘超市柜长,然后由新招聘的超市柜长再去自己的“人才市场”去招聘服务员,让学生在合作中增长自己的实践才能Step 4 Part C Listen , read and say.1. Play the ppt and have students read the dialogs, then Ss answer the questions on the screen.2. Have students check the answer together.
