Working principle and structure characteristicsXRZ-200稀油站为整体式结构，稀油站工作时，油液由工作油泵从油箱吸出，经单向阀、双筒网片式油滤器、列管式油冷却器，被直接送到设备的润滑点。油站的最高工作压力为0.4MPa,最低工作压力为0.2MPa,根据润滑点的要求，通过调节安全阀确定使用压力。当油站的工作压力超过安全阀的调定压力时，安全阀将自动打开，多余的油液既流回油箱。XRZ200 oil lubrication station is a whole set equipment. When the station is in service, the operating oil pump sucks lubricant from the oil box and sends it to lubrication points through a one-way valve, a double tube mesh filter and a shell and tube cooler. The maximum operating pressure is 0.4 Mpa and the minimum is 0.2 Mpa. According to the requirements of lubrication points, pressure can be regulated by adjusting the safety valve. As soon as the operating pressure of lubrication station exceeds the adjusted pressure of safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open and the excess lubricant will flow back to the oil box.稀油站的组成The oil lubrication station is constituted by：1油箱 Oil box有效容积2.0m3，油箱采用18kW不结炭的电加热器，油箱上装有液位讯号器、油标、直角式温度计、铂热电阻和空气滤清器，回油口处装有磁性过滤装置等。The effective volume of the oil box is 2.0 m3, with 18kw no carbon condensed type electrical heaters, on the oil box assembled a oil level signal gauge, a oil level gauge, a square-edged thermometer, a platinum thermo-resistor and a air filter, also there assembled a magnetism filter on the return oil inlet.2两台油泵装置Two pump units一台工作，一台备用，两台泵每班（8小时）交替使用一次，以确保向主机连续不断地供送润滑油，有关泵的详情请看泵的使用维护说明书。When one pump is in service, the other is standby. The two units work interchangeably to guarantee the continuous supply of lubricant to the main body. The details of pump operation please refer to its operation manual.3.一台双筒网片式油滤器One double tube mesh filter为能保证主机正常工作的可靠性，滤油器内部有两组滤芯，一组工作，一组备用，可不停机，用转换阀使备用滤芯工作，即可取出工作滤芯进行更换或清洗。油滤器上装有压差控制器，根据设定的压差值来决定油滤器更换清洗，使用前请先看油滤器使用说明书。In order to keep the main body work continuously and safely, the filter is designed to have two filtering cartridges. When one is in service, the other is standby for change. Through turning on the change switch the standby cartridge will be put into service without stopping the machine, then the used filtering cartridge can be dismounted for cleaning or can be substituted with a spare one instead. There is a pressure difference controller on the filter; you can decide to substitute or to clean the filter cartridge according to the value of pressure difference. Before using the filter please refer to the operation manual of oil filter.4.列管式油冷却器Tube and shell oil cooler当供油温度超过42时可开启油冷却器，使用前清先看列管式油冷却器使用说明书。When the temperature of supply oil exceeds 42, the pipe and shell cooler can be switched on. Before using tube and shell cooler please read the operation manual.5.仪表和电控柜Instrument and electrical controlling box所有显示仪表均装在仪表盘上，一只普通压力表用来直接观察油泵压力，一只电接点压力表控制出油口油压，实现油压自控及报警，一只差压发讯器，测量双筒网片式过滤器的油压降，两只电接点双金属温度计用以观察并控制油温及相应报警。All the displaying instruments and gauges are installed on the thin oil lubricator station. One plain pressure gauges are used to directly observe oil pump pressure. One electrical contact pressure meters are used to control the output oil pressure so that automatic control of the output oil pressure and its automatic emergency alarm are realized. One pressure difference of the signal apparatus measures the oil pressure drop of the double tube mesh filter. Two electrical contact double metal thermometer is used to observe and controls oil temperature as well as the emergency alarm.电控柜随稀油站工作实现自动控制，正常工作时油泵一台工作，一台备用。有时由于某种原因，系统压力下降，当降至所设定值时， 通过电接点压力表控制，备用泵自动开启，与工作泵一起工作，直到恢复正常时，备用泵自动停止，如果出口压力升高或降低至所设定值时，则通过电接点压力表来控制高低压事故报警，通过油箱上的电接点双金属温度计来控制电加热器的自动开、停，同时在油站出油口，接有电接点双金属温度计，用以控制高低温事故报警。A electrical controlling box is worked with the actions of lubrication station so to get a automatic control, Under normal condition, one oil pump works, the other is standby. In some cases, system pressure decreases to the pre-set value, then electrical contact pressure gauge will work and the standby pump will start to work with the working pump simultaneously until the condition becomes normal, then the standby pump will stop. If outlet pressure increases or decreases to the pre-set value, an electrical contact pressure gauge will work to make alarm and signal the high and low pressure emergency. Then the electrical heaters will automatically start or stop by the electrical contact double metal thermometer on the control box. At the same time, an electrical contact double metal thermometer is installed at the lubrication station oil outlet to control the alarm of high and low oil temperature acci四、安装、调整和试运行IV. Installation, Service and Trial RunXRZ-200为整体式结构，无须地脚紧固，只要平稳地安放在普通地面上即可，在搬运中，在油箱的四个吊耳处挂绳起吊。油站已在制造厂进行性能试验，故在现场安放平稳即可联接出油管、回油管、水管、仪表盘、电控箱，经试车合格设入工作。XRZ200 is an integral structure without the usage of grounding bolts, just move it to the ground and makes it stably, it would work perfectly. It can moved and installed by lifting the whole oil tank from the four hanging lugs. Since the performance of the lubrication station has been tested by the manufacturer, so as soon as it is stably installed, oil output pipe, water pipe, dashboard panel and control box can be connected. After the test run, it can be put into service.稀油站的仪表盘和电控柜在现场由用户自行决定安放位置和固定方式，仪表盘的控制管路（101紫铜管）由用户自理。The assembling position on-site, fixing method of the dashboard panel and electrical control box will be decided by the customers. The pipes used by the dashboard panel (101 red copper tube) should be supplied by the customers themselves.稀油站的操作规程如下The operation instructions of the lubrication station are herein below： 1. 向油箱内加注清洁的润滑油到最高油位处，应保证油的过滤精度为0.120mm，加注时用118目的铜丝网过滤。 Fill the oil box with clean and qualified lubrication oil till the oil level comes up to the top oil level scale, please assure that the filtering accuracy is 0.120mm, during the filling procedure the lubrication oil should be filtered by a copper filter of 118 mesh/inch.2 系统工作压力及工作油温将仪表盘上的两只电接点压力表及电接点压力式温度计的动作温度调节到设定值的相应位置，打开稀油站相应的油、水、阀门和压力表开关。According to system work pressure and the operating oil temperature, set the corresponding positions of the actuation temperature of the electrical contact pressure gauge and the electrical contact pressure thermometer. Then switch on the oil valve, the water valve , other valves and pressure gauges of the lubrication station. 3. 将双筒网片式油滤器的换向阀手柄扳到一个滤芯工作的位置上。检查各紧固螺栓是否牢固，如松动，则需紧固之。Set the direction handle of the double tube mesh filter to the service position of one filtering cartridge, check the tightness of every fasten bolts, if any one of them is loose, tighten it immediately. Please refer to the instruction manual of the double tube mesh filter.4. 在主机工作前，先开启油泵工作，使系统达到工作压力后，再启动主机投入运行，主机停车后，人工停油泵。Before the main body starts to work, start the oil pump working first to make the system reach designed operating pressure, then the main body can be actuated to service.
