2ter主要描述了邻近小区的扩展频点分配表（BA1表的一部分），只有双频手机会读取改小区，单频900或1800的手机会忽略该消息，因该消息携带的频点信息是与当前小区的频点处于不同频段的频点信息，这些信息对于单频手机而言是不需要的。主要消息内容如下：neighbour cell description 2 multiband reporting：the ms shall report the
