Section A 1a-2c授课人学校名称教学对象八年级科 目英语课时安排一课时一、教材分析本课是人教版八年级下册的第三单元第一课时的内容,本节课围绕着“chores”这一话题展开思维、听力和口语的训练。本节课通过学习如何礼貌地提出请求和征求别人的许可,激发学生的兴趣,培养学生分担家务的习惯,任务以听说为主。恰当的运用多媒体辅助教学,提高课堂看效率,增加趣味性。以学生为中心开展Role play, Pair work, Group work 等教学活动。教学目标:1.能委婉地提出请求和征求别人的许可。 2.提高学生与他人沟通的能力。 3.培养学生为父母分担家务的习惯。教学重难点:1.能委婉地提出请求和征求别人的许可。 2.学生能够运用本节课的重点词汇和目标语言与他人交流。二、学情分析本课话题来自学生的生活经历,学生在初一已经学习了许多动词短语,为表达提供了语言基础,此外,学生已初步掌握了祈使句和“Can you?” “Can I?”提出请求和建议,为本课的学习打下了基础。本课主题是做家务,这一话题都是学生身边经常遇到的问题,与他们的生活息息相关,能引起他们的共鸣。三、教学理念及教学策略选择与设计本节课主要目标是能用“Could you please?” “Could I do?”谈论如何委婉的提出请求或征求别人的许可及回答“Sure./Certainly”能礼貌地拒绝“Sorry,I/you cant.”并表达自己的理由,陈述自己的好恶,从而提高自己的口语和听力技能。对教材的处理本着以“旧”启“新”,以“练”促“学”,以“熟”生“巧”的原则,通过听说,对话提高口语的表达能力,且英语口语表演能够活跃课堂气氛,使学生愉快的学习,真正做课堂的主人。四、教学过程教学过程(环节)教学内容及课件、资源内容学生、教师活动内容及目标媒体设备资源应用分析StepI Lead-inStepII Presentation StepIII PairworkStepIV 1aStepV Listening (Section A: 1b)StepVI Listening (Section A: 2a, 2b)StepVII Pairwork (Section A: 2c)StepVIII SummaryStepIV Homework通过简单的家务导入新课通过句子 A: What chores does he do every day?B:He every day.来练习和家务有关词组1.Make a dialogue with your partner and use these phrases and sentences .2.Two minutes later role play theConversation通过对目标词汇的练习进一步深入掌握,同时对礼貌提出请求做出了小小的总结。This step gives some listening practice with the target language (the verb phrase and the structure “Could you please .?”).Call attention to the picture on page 18.1. students will role play the conversation between Peter and his father in pairs.2. Do you often help your mother do the chores at home? (Write “chores” on blackboard and explain it.) Here “chore” means housework. Could you please tell me what chores you do at home? S1: I often clean my room.S2: I wash my clothes and fold my clothes.T: Well, you are good boys and girls! We should try to be helpful and do some chores at home. Do you want to know more about chores? Today we will learn Unit 3 Could you please clean your room?(复习前面的内容,引出本节课的生词,达到温故知新的效果。)T: I have a good friend .His name is Peter. He can do many chores.(Show seven pictures for them) Can you guess what chores can he do? What kind of chores do Mom and Peter do? Check Mom or Peter.(Play the recording twice. For the first time students focus on the chores Mom does; the second time, focus on the chores Peter does. Then check the answers.)(灵活运用教材,用简单的听力入门训练,调节学生学习情绪,增加他们听力练习信心。)T: Look at the picture. Thats Peter and his father. Peter asks his father if he can do four things. Look at the chart in activity 2a. What are the four things? (Ask a student to read the things aloud.)T: What does his father say? Now please listen to the tape and check yes or no in the chart.(Play the tape twice. For the first time, they only listen.The second time, they check “yes” or “no”. Then check the answers with the whole class. )T: We know the father says no to “stay out late” and “use the car”. What are his reasons? Lets listen to the conversation again. Draw lines to the reasons in the chart.(Before play the tape, ask a student to read the reasons given. Then play the tape. If necessary, play it again.
