To understand conversations involving skating.2. To practice the conversation about skating with partners. 【情感目标】Learn to respect others when we talk with others.Learn to answer your partners questions in the right way. 教学重难点【教学重点】Students can understand and use the following expressions: Can you stand up on the ice?【教学难点】Learn to use the structures: Can you stand up on the ice? 课前准备 Tape recorder, Multimedia 教学过程Step 1. Greetings and warm-up activitiesAsk students to find out the mistakes in the sentences: Its hot in spring.Fall is cold.What a cold, snow day.I like to ski on the ice.Step 2. Watch the cartoonT: Danny is going to teach Li Ming to skate, but he is late. (课文导入)Step 3. Listening and vocabulary1. Play the recording in part 1.2. Play it again and ask the students to check the words they hear. 3. Check the answers with the whole students.4. Put the students into groups to practice the dialogue and ask the students to make up questions use the structures: Can you?Step 4. SpeakingWork in pairs. Ask and answer the questions in the pictures.A: What do you wear in winter?B: I wear a coat.A: What do you like to do in winter?B: I like to skate.A: Do you like winter?B: Yes, I do.Step 5.
