In this unit, we focus on describing a process of making a dish. The dish I choose is fried rice. Its delicious, and the most important reason is that its easy to cook. Sharing the beautiful pictures to inspire the students with the love of food and English may help to write the compositions, at least they will learn a dish in my class.Part Two: Analysis of the Students My school is in the countryside, like other rural schools, we face the challenges of stay-at-home children. The students have learned English for more than 1 year. They can understand some words and simple sentences, but lack the interest of learning English. Some of them write the compositions just according to the Chinese word by word. If we create a relaxing atmosphere, they will enjoy learning English. But how to do it, its a problem.Part Three: Teaching AimsA. Knowledge aims1. Know the usage of conjunction words such as first, next, then, finally. 2. Sentences: In Yunnan, many people eat rice noodles for breakfast. To make this special food, you need to have .B. Ability aims1. Half of the students can write the clear procedures of the dish, and use the conjunction words and the structures to make writing more easier and clearer.C.
