Section A 1a1c【教学目标】 一、知识目标:1). 单词:sister, mother, father, parent, brother, friend, grandparent, those, are, these2). 句型:This is my sister.That is my mother. Is that your brother? Yes, he is. No, he isnt.二、能力目标: 1)学完本课,能自如地向他人介绍自己的家庭成员。2)能运用所学单词,短语及句型,结合实际生活进行灵活运用。三、情感态度价值观:让学生通过学习介绍家庭成员爱自己的家人,学会尊重他人。【教学重点与难点】一、教学重点:掌握本课新单词和怎样介绍家庭成员的句型。二、教学难点:掌握介绍家庭成员的方法。【教学方式】 任务型教学【教学过程】 Step1. Revision Ask the students to practice coversations like “ Whats this in English?” “Is thisyour?” Then ask some pairs to act out their conversations. Step2. Leading in Show some pictures of the students on the screen and ask them “Whos this?” “Who”s that?” Help the students answer “He is.” “She is.”(Show them the pictures of their classmates can improve their learning interest. And it can also lead out the new drills.) Step2. Presentation. The teacher will take out a photo of his/ her family and show it to the class. It can help the students learn the new words and sentences intuitively.1).Show a photo of the teachers family to the students. Learn the names for family members by using “This is .” “This is .” “These are .” “Those are .”2). The students read the words aloud. Then have a try to write the words. Step3.Practice (1a) Check the students if they can master the words. Its to practice their words. Ask the students to close their books and look at the picture on the screen. Let them find out who the persons on the picture are. Make sure they can hold the words. 1). Look at the picture in 1a. Ask the students to read the words. 2). Find these people in the picture. Match the words with the people in the picture. 3).Check the answers. Step4.Pairwork (1c) After learning the new words, the teacher teaches them how to introduce theirfamily members by using the new words. At the same time, teach the new drills. 1). Show a family photo to them. Tell them the persons in the picture by using “This is his sister.” “These are his parents.” 2).Ask the students to work in pairs with their own family photos with the sentences “This is.” “These are.” And ask some pairs to act out theirs in pairs. Step5.Practice (1b) Go over the words they have learnt by practicing listening. 1). Listen and look at the picture. Circle the people the boy talks about. 2).Check the answers.Step8.A game Practic the main drills by playing a guessing game. Ask a student to come to the front and stand with his/her back towards the others. Ask one student to say a work and let the student in front guess who he/ she is by using “Is that?”Step10.Homework Make up new dialogues with your family photos.
