Presentation Presentation1. In our daily life, we have different kinds of problems and worries from home or school. What should we do? Can you give some reasonable advice? After Ss have completed activity 2a, help Ss gain a deeper understanding of the use of could and should for giving advice.Could is used to suggest a possible action.Should is used to show that the suggested action is a good idea or it is the right thing to do.Check the answers.3. Write the letter( a-e) next to the advice in 2a.Check the answers.To give Ss practice in listening for specific information.To focus on theuse of modalverbs could and should forgiving advice.To give Sspractice inlistening forspecific information.GameT: Here we have six boxes, but there are only five questions in these boxes. Lets see who gives more and reasonable advice. Pay attention, in these boxes there is a lucky face. If you get the lucky face you should perform an action and ask any of the students to give you advice.Ss choose the boxes to give advice.This activityprovides Ss with the opportunityto practice their oral English and make themmore active.Group workDr. KnowTeenagers these days have some problems and worries. What should they do? Ask four students in a group, one is Dr. Know, the others talk their problems with Dr. Know.
