磁带机（MTD2216型）简介2216型磁带机（MTD，Magnetic Tape Drive）是DMS100/200系统的一种半永久性的外部存储设备。大量的数据可以从DMS系统输出并写到磁带上，也可以从磁带上读出数据写到DMS系统的数据存储器中。可以记录局影像文件（IMAGE）、长途计费文件（AMA、ICMA）、市话计费文件（BIL、OOS、BCK）、操作测量文件（OM）和日志文件（JF）等，但主要是用来拷贝DMS100/200系统的计费文件以便进行脱机处理。磁带机面板示意图如下：磁带机手动操作方法根据磁带机面板上的磁带路径安装示意图正确缠绕好磁带，并将磁带伸直。按动POWER开关，POWER灯亮。按LOAD开关，上下力臂升起磁带处于绷紧状态，再次按动LOAD开关，磁带向前行进，当BOT(Beginning Of Tape)磁带的开始标记移动到传感器位置时，磁带停止前进，此时LOAD灯亮。按动ONLINE开关，ONLINE灯亮，这时候就可以从终端上使用磁带机了。如果磁带已经安装在磁带机上，并且BOT标记已超过了传感器位置，此时按动LOADD开关后磁带将一直向前行进，这时候按动REVERSE后退开关磁带不会向后倒退，只有按动REWIND快退开关，磁带才会快速倒退至BOT标记位置时停下来，这时LOAD灯亮，再按ONLINE开关，ONLINE灯亮，表明可以正常使用了。MTD 2216 Troubleshooting 磁带机 故障检查表.Problem， Problem Cause and Solution 故障现象 故障原因及解决方法1, Fuse PS1F1 opens Repeatedly. 在FS1上的保险管F1反复熔断（ FS1为磁带机内 部电源电路底座。） A，-48V and ground power leads reversed at power interface, TB1, of power Supply Assembly -48V和电源地线在磁带机内部电源底座的TB1（Terminal Block）端子板上接反。Install power leads correctly. 正确安装电源接线。B，Q1 and/or Q2 of Power Supply Assembly PS1, defective.电源底座PS1上的电源调整管Q1和/或Q2坏。 Replace Q1 and Q2. 更换Q1和Q2。（参考磁带机说明书4.09）C, Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1, defective. 逆变振荡器电路板PS1A1坏。Replace Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1.更换逆变振荡器电路板PS1A1。（参考磁带机说明书4.04）D, Rectifiers U1and / or U2 of Power Supply Assembly PS1, defective.电源底座PS1上的整流管U1和U2坏。Replace U1和U2。（参考磁带机说明书4.05）2 Tape Transport Power wont come up when the POWER switch is operated.按下POWER 开关磁带机电源不启动。A， Fuse opened. 保险开路。Replace fuse. 更换保险。（参考磁带机说明书4.01）B, -48V and ground power leads are not connected properly at power interface,TB1, of Power Supply Assemble PS1.电源底座PS1的接线端子TB1上的-48V正负极电源线接触不良。Install power leads correctly.正确安装电源线。C, Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1, defective. 逆变振荡器电路板PS1A1坏。Replace Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1.更换逆变振荡器电路板PS1A1。（参考磁带机说明书4.04）D, POWER switch defective. 电源开关坏。Replace POWER Switch. 更换电源开关。（参考磁带机说明书5.03）3.
