For example, baic Changhe automobile new bases in the land acquisition process and for surrounding farmers making a special people Club sector statistics, finds out, and organizations develop the skills training, Government排水泵站作用:泵房作为动力设备,主要作用是把格栅出水提升到一定的高度,以便使污水厂构筑物之间实现重力自流。分类:按排水的性质,分为污水泵站,雨水泵站、合流泵站、立交排水泵站、污泥泵站等。泵站组成:进水交汇井、进水闸门、格栅、集水池、机器间、附属建筑和设备。污水泵站构筑物流程如下:泵房形式取决于泵站性质、建设规模、选用泵的台数和型号、进出水管渠的深度和方位、出水压力与接纳泵站出水的条件、施工方法、管理水平,以及地形、水文地质情况等诸多要素。常用形式及优缺点如下:1、干式泵房和湿式泵房:立式轴流泵房可以布置为干式或湿式泵房。潜水泵房为湿式泵房。干式泵房:集水池和机器间用隔墙分开。只有水泵的吸水管和叶轮淹没在水中。机器间能够保持干燥,也避免了污水的污染。具有养护、管理条件好,便于进行机组检修的优点。已经成为城镇排水泵站普遍使用的形式。湿式泵房;立式电动机设在上部的电机间里,水泵及管件淹没在电机间下面的集水池中。优点是结构简单,集水池有效范围大。缺点是养护条件差,设备直接受污水腐蚀。适合半永久雨水泵站使用。2、合建式泵房和分建式泵房:两者的主要区别是集水池和机器间是合建在一起还是分成两个独立的构筑物。合建式泵房机器间和集水池合建在一座构筑物里面,大多采用自灌式启动水泵。合建式泵房还可以将进水闸井、格栅井、集水池、机器间、出水池等部分或全部合建在一座主题构筑物里面使得布置更加紧凑、合理。但是由于出水池的埋深浅,同集水池底板的高差大,要采取措施防止不均匀沉降。合建式的优点是布置紧凑、占地少、水头损失小、管理方便。分建式泵房:这种形式可以将机器间尽量抬高,减小地下部分深度,地下式的集水池多为圆形或者为矩形。分建式泵房的优点是结构上处理比合建式简单,施工方便,机器间也没有被污水渗透的危险。对于土质条件比较差的泵房,采用非自灌或半自灌启动的水泵,分建式可以减少施工难度和降低工程造价。3、圆形泵房和矩形、组合型泵房:泵房下部集水池和上部机器间的形状与水量大小、机组台数、施工条件和工艺要求有关。水泵台数不大于四台时,采用圆形及下圆上方泵房;大于四台,一般选用矩形或组合型泵房。4、半地下式泵房和全地下式泵房:泵房的机器间包括地下和地上两部分为半地下式;全封闭在地面以下则称为全地下式泵房。半地下式泵房:地面以上建筑物能满足吊装、运输、采光、通风等机器间的操作要求,并能设置管理人员工作的值班室和配电室。具有良好的运行管理维护的工作条件。一般排水泵站均采用半地下式泵房。全地下式泵房:地面以上只留人孔、通气孔、吊装孔。所有进出孔的高程都要比室外地面高出0.2m以上,并高出防洪设计的防洪水位0.5m。全地下式泵站不存在占地问题,减少气味、噪声对周围环境的污染。潜水泵站和全地下式泵站结合可以很好地发挥全地下式泵站的优点。集水池设计:集水池容积、集水池水位、有效容积。1、 集水池容积:集水池容积根据进水管的设计流量,水泵抽升能力、台数、工作制度、启动时间、开停次数以及泵站前的进水管道是否可以作为调蓄容积而定。2、 集水池容积包括有效容积和死水容积两部分。3、 集水池水位是指进水干管设计水位减去过栅损失至集水池的水位。最高水位:在正常运行中,进水达到设计流量时,集水池中的水位。最低水位:取决于不同类型水泵的吸水喇叭口的安装条件及叶轮的淹没深度。有效水深4、 集水池有效容积,水泵房的集水池容积,不应小于最大一台水泵5min的出水量。Vmin=Tmin*Q4Tmin水泵最小工作周期(m);Tmin集水池最小有效容积(s);Q 水泵流量(m/s);结合潜污泵的安装尺寸确定集水池的长宽高,进行校核。吸水管布置:为得到较好的吸水效果,应注意以下几点:A. 要使来水管(渠道)至集水池进口不发生方向上的急剧变化或是显著的流速变化,流向集水池的流速最好平均为0.50.7m/s,不大于1.0m/s。B. 因集水池过宽也会产生漩涡,为防止水发生偏流和回流,应设置整流板(导流板)。C. 加深吸水管的淹没深度,其最小尺寸见图3-12或为吸水管管径的1.5倍。D. 吸水管喇叭口至集水池底距离不宜过大,也不宜过小,否则效率会降低,一般为0.8D或1.0D。池底布置:集水池进水管管底与格栅底边的落差不得小于0.5m。以防止淤积的杂物影响过水断面。集水池池底应做成0.010.02的坡度,坡向吸水坑。吸水坑的深度一般采用0.50.6m。 集水池清池排空设施:集水池一般设有污泥斗,池底做成不小于0.01的斜坡,坡向污泥斗。选泵考虑的因素:1. 设计水量、水泵全扬程的工况点应靠近水泵的最高效率点;2. 由于水泵在运行过程中,集水池中的水位是变化的,所选水泵在这个变化范围内处于高校区;3. 当泵站内设有多台水泵时,选择水泵应当注意不但在联合运行时,而且在单泵运行时都应在高校区;4. 尽量选用同型号水泵,方便维护管理;水量变化大时,水泵台数较多时,采用大小水泵搭配较为合适;5. 近期污水量发展的泵站,水泵要有足够的适应能力;6. 污水泵站尽量采用污水泵,并且根据来水水质,采用不同的材质;常用污水泵比较:WL、WTL型立式污水泵(又称无堵塞立式污水泵)MN、MF型立、卧式污水泵PW、PWL型卧、立式污水泵WQ型潜水污泵F型耐腐蚀污水泵无堵塞污水泵及潜水污泵均为无堵塞、防缠绕叶轮采用单流道、双流道结构,污物通过能力好;MN及MF系列污水泵的优点是能输送含固体颗粒及纤维材料的污水;PW及PWL型是传统污水泵。污水泵站工作泵及备用泵数量类别工作泵台数(台)备用泵台数(台)类别工作泵台数(台)备用泵台数(台)同一型号145661122两种型号1456612(各1)2(各1)附属建筑1. 附属建筑:一般根据泵站规模、污水量大小、控制方式、所在位置及其重要性等因素而定。A. 经常有人管理的泵房应设值班室,值班室应设在机器间一侧,有门相通或设置观察窗,并根据运行控制要求设置屏和配电柜。其面积约为1218,能满足12人值班,常年运转或远郊区,应安设电话。B. 设工作人员的休息室,可按1215考虑。C. 设置水冲式厕所,备有洗手盆及拖布池。根据需要可加设淋浴器。D. 大中型泵站应设储藏室1520。E. 根据需要设置厨房和煤棚。F. 泵站若为几个泵站的集中点,尚可加设小型会议室(30)、修配间(1520)和淋浴室。泵房高度计算高度:高度是指泵房室内地面与屋顶梁底距离。1、 地面式泵房H=a+b+c+d+e+f+gH泵房高度(m);a单轨吊车梁的高度b滑车架高度c起重葫芦在钢丝绳绕紧状态下的长度d起重绳垂直长度(对于水泵为0.85倍的水泵宽)e最大一台水泵或电动机高度f吊起物底部和最高一台机组顶部的距离(一般不小于0.5m)g最高一台机组顶部离室内地坪的距离2、半地下式泵房:当H2f+g时,H=H1+H2 H1泵房地下部分高度(m) H2泵房地上部分高度H1=a+b+c+d+e+h h吊起物底部与泵房进口处室内地坪或平台的距离(一般不小于0.2米)污水泵站:特点:污水泵站连续进水,水量小,但是变化幅度大;水中污杂物含量多,对周围环境影响大。应该使用适合污水的水泵和清污量大的格栅除污机,集水池要有足够的调蓄容积,水泵运行时间长,应考虑备用泵;泵站的设计应尽量减少对环境的污染,站内要提供较好的管理、检修条件。污水泵站设计计算:1、泵房形式的选择:污水泵站连续运行,一般选用自灌式泵房,选用半地下合建式泵房,泵房形状与泵房下部集水池和上部机器间的形状与水量大小、机组台数、施工条件和工艺要求有关。设计依据:1、泵站设计流量一般与进水设计流量相同。 2、应明确泵站是一次建成还是分期建成,是永久性还是半永久性。 3、根据污水泵站抽升后,出口入河道、灌渠还是进处理厂处理来选择合适的泵站位置; 4、污水泵站的集水池与机器间在同一构筑物中时,集水池和机器间需用防水隔墙隔开,允许渗漏,做法按结构设计规范要求;集水池与机器间分建时要保持一定的施工距离,避免不均匀沉降,其中集水池多采用圆形,机器间多采用方形。 5、泵站地下构筑物不允许地下水渗人,应设有高出水位0.5m的防水措施,作法见给水排水工程结构设计规范(GBJ69-84);2、泵房布置污水经格栅处理后流入泵房,经泵提升到足够高程后,在处理厂内形成重力流,以便后续处理及处理构筑物在地面的布置。本设计采用与中格栅合建的半地下式潜水泵房。潜污泵数量为6台,5用1备。电机防水密封,与泵整体安装,长期浸入污水池中。1)、基础数据设计水量 Q = 160000 m3/d 最大流量 Qmax = 2.22 m3/s选用5用1备污水泵站设计流量按最大日、最大时流量计算,并以进水管最大充满度的设计流量为准。每台泵流量 q = 2.22*3600/5= 1598.4m/h2)、扬程的估算:水泵全扬程H:HH1+H2+h1+h2+h3 H1吸水地形高度 H2压水地形高度 h 1吸水管水头损失,包括吸水喇叭口、90度弯头、直线段、闸门、渐缩管等,h1=1v122g h 2出水管水头损失,一般包括渐扩管、止回阀、闸门、短管、90度弯头(或三通)、直线段等,h2=2v222g 1、2局部阻力系数(见给水排水设计手册第一册常用手册) v1吸水管流速(m/s) v2出水管流速(m/s) g 9.81m/s2 h3安全水头(m),估算扬程可按0.51.0m计。各构筑物水头损失:格栅 h1 = 0.13 m 0.100.25m沉砂池 h2 = 0.25 m 0.100.25m厌氧池 h3 = 0.4 m 2040cm氧化沟 h4 = 0.5 m 0.250.50m二沉池 h5 = 0.6 m 0.500.60m消毒池前配水井 h6 = 0.3 m消毒池 h7 = 0.3 m 0.100.30cm计量槽 h8 = 0.4 m排放河流水位 h9 = -2m管路沿程损失:取2.5m泵站内水头损失:取2m进水渠面标高:进水渠呈矩形断面,渠底与进水管底相平。渠内水面标高 h13 = -2.5 m渠内最低水位标高 h14 = -4.5m总扬程 H= 9.11 m 取 10 m3)、选泵查手册得,选用400QW1500-10-75型潜水污水泵,各项性能见表3-1:表3-1 400QW1500-10-75型潜水污水泵性能表型号流量(m3/h)扬程(m)转速(r/min)400QW1500-10-75150010980功率(kW)效率(%)出口直径(mm)重量(kg)7582.074001670安装尺寸见表3-2:表3-2 600QW3500-12-185型潜水污水泵安装尺寸表型号DND1D2eFghH1400QW1500-10-75400515565850950780880800n1-d1LMMNPKHI6-4063054215090279152360390T1T2F2H3minH2JEn2-d24793514205005906301450120016-264)、集水池(1)集水池形式本工程设计的集水池与泵房共建,属封闭式。(2)集水池的通气设备集水池内设通气管,并配备风机将臭气排除泵房。(3)集水池清洁及排空措施集水池设有污泥斗,池底作成不小于0.01的坡度,坡向污泥井。从平台到池底设有扶梯,台上有吊泥用的梁钩滑车。(4)集水池容积计算泵站集水池容积一般按不小于最大一台泵5分钟的出水量计算。有效水深取1.52.0米。本次设计集水池容积按最大一台泵5分钟的出水量计算,有效水深取2.0mVmin=Tmin*Q4Tmin水泵最小工作周期(m);Tmin集水池最小有效容积(s);Q 水泵流量(m/s);集水池容积 V = 166.5 m3有效水深 h = 2 m集水池最小面积 F= 88.25 m2结合QW潜水泵的安装尺寸,集水池的尺寸为:长 L = 15000mm宽 B = 6000mm高 H =2500mm集水池坡度 i = 0.01 0.010.02则集水池的有效容积为 V=L*B*H=225m3 166.5 m3(5)集水池的排砂污水杂质往往发表沉积在集水池内,时间长了腐化变臭,甚至堵塞集水坑,影响水泵正常吸水,因此,在压水管路上设压力冲洗管DN200mm伸入集水坑,定期将沉渣冲起,由水泵抽走。5)、潜水泵布置设计中6台潜水泵,并排布置,具体尺寸为:泵轴间距为 L1 = 2m泵轴与侧面墙间距为 L2 = 2.5 m泵轴与出水侧墙间距为 B1 = 3 m泵轴与进水侧墙间距为 B2 = 3 m6)、泵房高度(1)地下部分集水池最高水位为中格栅出水水位标高即: h1 =-2.5 m集水池最低水位为: h2 = -4.5 m集水池最低水位至池底的高差按水泵安装要求取:h3 =0.6m则泵房地下埋深: H =4.5+0.6+0.3=5.4 m其中最大一组设备顶距离地坪不小于0.3米。(2)地上部分 主梁距顶高度n n = 0.1 m 一般采用不小于0.1m行车梁高度,为 a = 1.2 m手册11行车梁底至起吊钩中心距离 c = 0.93m手册11起重绳的垂直长度 d = 0.7 m最大一台水泵或电机的高度 e = 2.6 m手册11吊起物低部与泵房进口处室内地坪的距离h = 0.2 m手册5 不应小于0.2m总高度 H1 =n+a+c+d+e+h = 5.73m7)、泵房附属设施值班室:值班室设在机器间一侧,有门相通,面积15。休息室:员工休息室设在值班室旁,面积12。储藏室:供存储必要设备、材料、零件用,面积15。卫生设备:设置水冲式厕所,配备洗手盆、拖布池等设施。排水:在机器间的地板上应设有排水沟和集水坑。排水沟沿墙设置,坡度i=0.01,集水坑平面尺寸为0.5m0.5m,深为0.5 m,坑底用水管通到集水池。集水池排砂:污水杂质易发生沉积在集水池内,时间长了会腐化变臭,甚至堵塞集水坑影响水泵正常吸水,因此,在压水管路上设压力冲洗管DN150伸入集水坑,定期将沉渣冲起,由水泵抽走。8)、设备设备根据起吊最大一台设备的重量选择,单台潜水泵重量为1670kg,单台BLQ中格栅重量为2800kg,可选用LH型电动电动单梁起重设备2个,参数见表3-3:型号起重量(kg)起升高度(m)起升速度(m/min)运行速度(m/min)轨道型号CD13-6D3000682020a-45c最大轮压(kN)功率(kW)转速(r/min)直径(mm)备注11.764.5138013主起升电动机运行电动机ZD132-4ZDY112-4coordination with baic, fight for some of its recruitment quota, used to solve the employment problems of landless farmers around.
