Unit3 When is the school trip?第二课时教学目标:1 能够在情景中运用句型When is the school trip? Its in March.When is Easter? Its in April.询问并回答节日的日期。2. 能够在情景中运用句型we have a few fun things in April.表达某月有多少特殊的日子,理解单词a few fun things(可以提前渗透 special)的意思,并能正确发音。教学重难点:能够用正确的语音、语调、意群朗读对话,并能分角色朗读。能够在情景中运用句型When is April Fools Day/ Easter? Its in . Its on .并知道两种回答之间的区别。能够掌握英语学习方法,分音节拼读单词(化难为易),举一反三(应用能力),归纳总结(单词串)。教具准备:相关的PPT、白板等媒体素材,MP3音频资料等等。教学步骤:一. 热身复习(Warm-up/Revision)1. Free talk Which food do you like best?Food: sandwich, hamburger, salad, Fruit: apple, banana, pear, orange, peach, strawberry, watermelon,Animal: monkey, elephant, rabbit, tiger, lion, zebra, bear, Colour: red, blue, yellow, green, pink, purple, brown, white, Class: Chinese, English, maths, computer, music, science, PE,学习方法:举一反三 What else.?设计思路:Which do you like best?是前面Unit 2 刚刚学过的句型,英语学习要以不同的形式不断地复现,这一环节将各类单词呈现出来,让学生们有一个词汇超市可以充分练习巩固此句型,并为下一步引出Which month do you like best?作铺垫。 2. Try to let Ss ask: Which month do you like best? 设计思路:上学期布置作业时就已经渗透了月份单词的教学,在每次记作业时已经熟知了九月到十二月的单词,本学期开学之初也提前教学其余的月份单词,便于在记作业的时候记录英文的日期表达,进一步巩固了月份单词的学习;同时也通过记作业渗透了日期的用法,所以这一单元的学习虽然单词量大(有十二个月单词,每个月里还有二三个节目单词及其它的约三十多的单词)却在提前渗透之下分解了难度。作业格式如下:第N次作业(February.2nd)First: .Second: .Third: .二.呈现新课 (Presentation)Fun things1. 出示PPT, we have a few fun things in April. Lets have a look. Have a school trip, trip, tr, Trip, trip, school trip, a school trip, have a school trip Give me more words beginning with tr Tree, tree planting day, train, try, true,trunk, May, day, say, way, always, play, ray, gray, stay, 学习方法:词串串 make a kebab单个的单词记忆容易忘,如果将有相同字母组合的词放在一起,归纳出相同的读音,便于记忆一串单词。2. Go on a picnic, sports meeting, Easter party, singing contest, May Day, Mothers Day, Childrens Day, Fathers Day, New Years Day, Tree planting Day, winter vacation. 设计思路:通过tr 引出词串的概念,当我们将一种发音规律的词放在一起归纳记忆时,背诵就变得容易了,再比如下面新单词的学习 Test / contest Monday / month window / win3. Its in Which month are they talking about? Listen and tick, please.2. 学生听录音,完成听音选月份的练习。Lets talk1.We have a few fun things in spring. After the sports meet, we have an Easter party. When is Easter the party? Its in April. We have a school trip, too. When is that? Its in May. cool.2. 教师利用课间出示有关复活节的图片说: Easter is an important holiday in many countries. Its on April 16th this year. People will colour beautiful eggs and hide them. 接着指导学生看图描述:Kids will find the eggs and put them into baskets. Many people go to church on Easter Sunday. People like to eat a meal together. It is a wonderful holiday.3. 教师播放Lets talk的MP3,学生聆听并根据PPT上的提示进行听力及拼写练习。4. 教师播放Lets talk板块的录音,学生逐句跟读。跟读的过程中,教师应适时提示学生注意说话者的语气以及句子的升降调。5. 教师在与学生的交流中板书:When is April Fools Day? Its on April 1st.请学生跟读、拼读,并进行生生回答。教师适时板书:When is Easter? Its on April 16th this year. 学生回答练习。三.趣味操练 (Practice)1. Read and say ( ) Tree planting Day is in February. ( ) 2. 学生完成第38页的连线题,将图片、节日与日期连起来。3. 教师利用课间出示各种节日的图,说There are some special days in a year.
