Would you like to play football with us? = Do you want to play football with us? 拓展知识二:瘦肉蔬菜水果坚果有益健康,原始人饮食习惯最佳最近来自利物浦大学的科学家和欧洲、美国的科学家一起找到了最适合人类的养生食谱竟然就是旧石器时代洞穴人所吃的东西。在距今170万年前至1万年前的旧石器时代,人们食用的有肉类或者一只野禽腿,加上新鲜树叶、坚果和水果正是对人类机体而言最完美的搭配。科学家研究了古文化遗址出土的饮食资料、骨骼检查数据,并参考了偏远地区仍然过着狩猎生活的人群的健康和饮食习惯,他们发现,瘦肉、鱼类、贝类、蔬菜、水果、坚果和昆虫是旧石器时代人类的主要食物,随后根茎也增加进来。科学家们之所以得出农业社会前的旧石器时代人类食谱最适合人类,是因为人类正是在这一时期开始进化的。他们说,今天人类的许多慢性疾病都是饮食习惯改变的结果,而现代人类食谱对身体的伤害就像将柴油放进汽油发动机一样。考古学证据显示,石器时代的人不会受到心脏病、中风、骨质疏松症和其他慢性疾病的困扰;他们没有肥胖症、过敏症或者高血压。研究人员表示,旧石器时代的食谱之所以能够防止中风是因为盐的含量很低,而且他们食用大量蔬菜和水果,其中含有大量蛋白质、叶酸、维生素和矿物质,而所有食物的脂肪含量都很低。拓展知识三:饺子的来历相传东汉末年,“医圣”张仲景曾任长沙太守,后辞官回乡。正好赶上冬至这一天,他看见南洋的老百姓饥寒交迫,两只耳朵冻伤,当时伤寒流行,病死的人很多。张仲景总结了汉代300多年的临床实践,便在当地搭了一个医棚,支起一面大锅,煎熬羊肉、辣椒和祛寒提热的药材,用面皮包成耳朵形状,煮熟之后连汤带食赠
