T:Imfine,too.Nicetoseeyouagain.Ss:Nicetoseeyou,too.2.Singasong. （1）播放两遍本单元的歌曲“Mysmallcat”录音，学生仔细听录音，并小声跟录音唱歌曲。（2）再次播放歌曲录音，全班学生大声跟录音唱歌曲。二、课前预习（Preview）1.检查作业。（1）先让学生在四人小组内展示自己家庭成员的调查表，并适当讲解表格里的内容。（2）请几位学生介绍自己的家庭成员。2.游戏：句子接龙。三、新课呈现（Presentation）1.Letslearn. （1）教学新词汇。教师拿出一个气球，边说：“Pleasemakeitbig.”边吹气球。教师接着说：“Makeitbigger.”边说边把气球吹得更大些，然后教师边说“Makeitsmaller.”边把气球中的气放出来一些，使气球变小。板书单词：bigger-smaller 教师拿出一个相对较小的铅球，说：“Thisballisheavy.”接着拿起一个大一些的铅球，做出很吃力的样子，说：“Thisballisheavier.”板书单词：heavier教师问：“Whoisthininourclass?”学生说出几个人名后教师接着问：“Whosthinner?”学生回答后，教师说：“isthinner.”板书单词：thinner （2）播放本部分的教学录音，学生跟录音读单词和句子，提醒学生注意模仿录音总的语音、语调。（3）教师出示几张动物的图片，让学生在四人小组内用表示比较级的句型谈论图片中的动物。2.Matchandsay. （1）教师出示此部分的教学挂图，问：Whoareinthepicture?Whatanimalsareinthepicture?”（2）学生回答后，教师请一位学生与自己分角色示范读对话。 （3）学生就此部分的挂图用所学的表示比较的句型进行对话，可以适当发挥。 四、巩固延伸（Consolidation&Extension） 1.教师让学生同桌之间相互观察找不同点，然后分别用英语描述。如：Myhairislonger.Mynoseisbigger.
