教学设计基本信息名称Unit6 An old man tried to move the mountains执教者王圣宇课时1所属教材目录人教版八年级下册unit6 Section A 1a-2d教材分析本单元主要讲述愚公移山的故事,和一些国内著名的神话故事。通过本单元的学习,学会使用how,what,who,why 引导的疑问词和as soon as,unless,so、that等连词完成故事的叙述。并学会发表一些简单的态度或看法。学会用英语向他人讲故事,学习中国传统文化,了解中国文化的博大精深,并从中吸取传统文化的精华。学情分析我所教的学生来自八年级,他们对中国的传统神话故事比较感兴趣。通过本节听力和阅读课,充分调动学生们的积极性,让他们有更多的机会说英语,通过本节课的学习,让他们体会到用英语说故事的成就感。提高他们的语言运用能力,多方面能力得以提升。教学目标知识与能力目标学会使用how,what,who,why 引导的疑问词和as soon as,unless,so、that等连词完成故事的叙述。过程与方法目标1. 依据文章题目,预测文章内容。用中文简述愚公移山的故事。再快速浏览全文,了解文章大意。2. 借助关键词,通过仔细阅读的方式,找出联系故事前后的关键词,判断每一段段落大意,加深对篇章结构的把握。3. 在学习中学会合作、交流。情感态度与价值观目标学习愚公移山的精深,不畏艰难,勇于面对。学习中国传统文化,了解中国文化的博大精深,并从中吸取传统文化的精华。教学重难点重点学会使用how,what,who,why 引导的疑问词和as soon as,unless,so、that等连词完成故事的叙述。难点 学会表达故事中的人物和情节,并学会发表一些简单的态度或看法。教学策略与 设计说明本节课为阅读课,了解愚公移山的故事和其他一些中国传统神话,运用predicting、 skimming 和 scanning等阅读方法,提高学生的阅读速度,快速了解文章,抓住文章大意和主旨。利用他们对故事的兴趣,让他们了解英语阅读的魅力,并且敢于在课堂上讲英语,让阅读变成快乐的阅读。教学过程教学环节(注明每个环节预设的时间)教师活动学生活动设计意图1. lead in2分钟Show some pictures of Chinese old stories, ask the students: Do you know who they are? What do you learn from the story?教学反思本节所上为阅读课加上部分听力,在教学过程中应以学生为主体,这也是新课标的精髓所在。整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授,尤其是教材的最后一部分,阅读部分。要使同学们在默读的前提下做练习题,也可以确定几个话题,学生用英语进行讨论,锻炼他们用英文思考的能力,运用所学语言的能力。课文听力部分教材后面给出了一篇文章然后学生进行阅读,并且给与问题,锻炼他们的应试能力。还要让他们学会叙述故事,锻炼他们对语言的听说能力和总结能力。但本节课整体的安排不够合理,在阅读课中,先插入听力部分,导致时间上十分紧凑,学生没有充足的时间来阅读文章,也没有充分的时间展现自我,需要改进。尽管时间上的紧凑,但很多同学展现出了自己的英语能力。能够根据自身的理解和拥有的词汇量,独自总结故事,重新以自己的语言叙述故事。值得表扬。如果可以重新上本节课,我会改进本节课,减弱或去除听力部分,给学生们更多的时间来阅读文章,重现文章,给他们更多的时间来思考,小组合作讨论,展现出更好的故事。另外,教师在教学的过程中也要把握重、难点。我认为这是教学中对教师最起
