Teaching procedures 教学过程 Part 1: Complete the five conversations: (10 points) There are totally 5 questions and students are required to choose the most appropriate answer For example: Would you like a starter with your meal? A. Yes, please. B. I hope so. C. I like it very much Part 2: Read the article about a young swimmer and then answer the questions. (10 points) Read the passage and decide whether the statements are right, wrong or doesnt say. For example: Anna hopes she will become an Olympic swimmer. A. Right B. Wrong C. Doesnt say Part 3: Complete the sentences. Mark A, B or C on your answer sheet. (20 points) There are totally 10 questions in this part which requires students to choose a word to make the sentences meaningful For example: Johns brother _ 12 years old. A. is B. has C. are Part 4: Vocabulary (20 points) Guess the words from the definitions For example: This makes food sweet. s_ _ _ _. And the answer should be sugar Part 5: Cloze. (20 points) The passage is about Ann moving to another school and how she makes friends Read the passage and choose the correct words to fill in the blanks Part 6: Writing. (20 points) Write a short article about a happy trip which you had with your friends.
