Listen to a passage and answer questions on page 2.教学内容与教学设计:1.Focusing on the text structure:Part One (1-3): The president congratulates students on their achievement and reminds students of the fact that their current success was due to their own and their parents efforts , and that their future is built on a solid foundation of the past;Part Two (4-7): The president offers students comprehensive advice on how to make the most of their four college years and makes them realize the universitys expectations and their own responsibilities;Part Three (8): The students are called upon to cherish the opportunity and to bear in mind their responsibilities as citizens of their communities, their country and the world;2. Focusing on the text comprehension:1) Whats the speakers purpose in mentioning the parents reminders? (Para.3)2) How will the next four years be different from any other?
