总论毕业论文是授予学士学位的重要依据。毕业论文的撰写不仅有助于本科生巩固已学的基本理论和基本知识,而且是培养本科生科学信念、学术规范和学术创新能力的重要环节,也是对本科生综合能力和本科全程教学工作的检验。凡我校本科毕业生毕业前必须撰写毕业论文。毕业论文合格且依照学籍管理规定其他方面也符合要求者,凡可授予学士学位。毕业论文包括选题、开题报告、 资料准备、试验或调查研究、论文撰写和论文答辩6项程序。写作时间表:以班主任张国琳老师宣布的为准 2 选题选题时写好学术论文的关键环节。选题选得好,选得准,尔后的一系列工作(如题目的最后确定,论证角度的选择,材料的选区和使用,篇章内容的组织安排等)就有了遵循,文章也就容易取得成功。否则,写起来就会处处受阻。选题原则:(1) 选择你感兴趣,而且你在某方面有专长的课题;(2) 在未解或解之不详的领域中寻找课题;(3) 要善于独辟蹊径,选择富有新意的课题;(4) 注意学科中有争议的问题;(5) 避免过大。这里所说的过大是指所选题目的容量超过了一篇论文应有的限度。比如说论二十世纪美国文学语用学 翻译理论与实践所涉及的问题就过于复杂。(6) 避免题目过小。(7) 避免题目过旧。(8) 避免题目过长。(9) 避免选择相关资料太少的题目。选择相关资料太少的题目很难使论文向深度和广度发展,从而使论文缺乏学术价值。 (10)大题小做、新题快做、旧题新做、正题反做、多题联做题目选好以后要和指导老师汇报自己的想法,有了想法以后再和指导老师联系。3 开题报告一旦选定了题目以后就要填写开题报告。开题报告包括文献综述、论文的切入点、理论依据、重点和难点,以及参考书目等。开题报告和论文的定稿一同上交。4资料准备 充分利用图书馆、资料室、书店等,已通过网上查阅资料,但不能大段大段地从网上下载或通篇照抄。查找资料的时候要做好笔记。包括两方面的信息:(1)事实或观点;(2)确切来源。要注意引用别人的东西一定要注明出处。注意避免抄袭。抄袭的形式多种多样,可以是一字不漏的照抄别人的句子,可以是直接引用别人精辟的妙语,也可以使用自己的话但是借用他人的观点,或者甚至是在撰写论文的过程中按照他人的思路来做文章。简而言之,抄袭就是,你所写的文章或者你的观点是从他人那里借来的。尽管作者可以引用他人的原话或者观点,但必须在下文中说明。5 试验或调查研究略6 论文撰写61列举提纲(outlining)一旦资料准备充分以后就开始论文的正式写作。第一步是列举提纲。提纲可以帮助作者将自己的观点和所积累的研究材料组织成一个富有逻辑性和连贯性的整体。62 初稿大多数人是根据提纲首先快速的把初稿写成,将自己的观点粗糙的呈现出来,然后做修改。初稿应有完整的思想和结构,包括文献索引(bibliography), 将初稿的打印稿交指导老师审阅,要注意做好备份。63 二稿 初稿经指导老师审阅后批示需改动的地方,作者应严肃认真的修改,不能抱侥幸心理,蒙混过关。修改完以后再呈现给指导老师审阅。64 定稿 二稿修改完后确认无误再打印三份,填写有关表格,在规定的时间内交给导师或有关部门。逾期不交者将作为不合格处理。 7 论文格式要求(详见外语学院论文指导手册)71 书写格式:论文统一用8开纸分奇偶两栏打印(或6开志单栏打印)加封面对折装订,并符合下列次序:(1) 封面(2) 论文扉页(3) 目录(4) 中文论文摘要及关键词(不少于200字)(5) 外文内容摘要及关键词(不少于100词)(6) 正文(7) 参考文献(8) 附录(如有的话)72 引文注释:直接引用的文字、数据等资料须注明出处。73 具体的技术参数可向有关部门查询。74 文字要求:语言流畅,图表清晰,技术性错误不能超过千分之一。75篇幅要求:英语论文不少于5500英语单词。8 论文答辩论文经指导老师最后审定同意后,提交答辩。答辩程序(略)9 成绩评定 答辩成绩占60%导师评定成绩占40%论文不及格的几种情形:答辩不及格论文不及格。抄袭或引用过多机器翻译语言错误太多篇幅不够没有按规格时间和导师见面(如有特殊情况,如找工作、去外地实习等,一定要向导师请假)10
